Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position or find yourself laying down if that feels right for you.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep restorative breath in,

Holding for a moment at the top.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold,

Now take a third deep breath in,

Hold,

And release,

Sighing out through the mouth if that feels right for you.

Bring your focus now to your body,

Allowing yourself to fully relax and melt away any tension.

Imagine a beautiful healing light of whatever color you wish,

Shining down over the top of your head,

Melting all tension as it illuminates.

Allow this healing light to flow over your face and neck,

Relaxing your muscles as it moves along.

This beautiful healing light flows over your shoulders and down over your arms,

Allowing your muscles to melt and relax fully into the moment.

Now allow the light to flow over your chest and your back,

Feeling that warmth and relaxation as it makes its way down.

This healing light continues to flow over your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

And calves,

Bringing incredible relaxation over these parts of your body.

Finally this magical light flows over your ankles,

Your feet,

And toes to complete this full body relaxation.

As you sit here,

You sink fully into this relaxed state,

Feeling such peace and ease in this moment.

Now let's move your attention away from your body and into the incredible,

Vast space around you.

Allow your awareness to notice the space around your head.

It feels so vast and expansive.

Continue noticing how much space there is around you as you melt deeper into this,

Moving even deeper into this expansion.

Notice the space around your neck,

Feeling the endless space around you.

Notice yourself melting deeper and deeper.

Feeling even more into the abundant space around you,

You feel endless expansion in front of you as this space goes deeper and deeper,

Melting the barrier between you and this expansive space.

Now shift your awareness to the endless space behind you.

You feel yourself merging deeper into this endless,

Abundant space around you,

Allowing yourself to surrender and sink in even deeper.

You are safe and held in this blissful abundance.

Allow yourself to surrender even deeper as you lose sense of this separation between yourself and this incredible,

Expansive space.

Now bring your attention to the sensation of your heart center within this expansive space,

And as you do so,

Bring to mind something that makes you feel on top of the world.

Allowing whatever thought needs to come through,

To come through.

As you focus on this thought,

And this image,

And this feeling,

You find deep gratitude and a sense that anything is possible,

Like your life is the most incredible gift.

Focus on where in your body you feel these feelings,

As you allow them to continue to bubble up,

Starting to let go of those thoughts and images,

And instead bringing more attention to the feelings.

Keep your awareness on this space and these feelings,

And encourage them to grow.

Allow these feelings to spread throughout the rest of your body,

Feeling into the incredible abundance that fills you.

Allow these feelings to spill out and pour out of your body,

Expanding into the space around you,

Filling up your aura and the endless expansion around you.

As you continue to keep your awareness on these feelings and really sink in,

I'm going to let you bask in this blissful state for a few short moments before bringing you back.

Now gently start to bring your awareness back to your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Rotating your head and your shoulders.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes as you take a big stretch if that feels right for you.

Welcome back.

As you go throughout your day,

Remember these blissful feelings,

Knowing that you are capable of creating them whenever you desire.

You are a powerful,

Abundant being that can do anything you set your mind to.
