Understand that you have chosen to come here and that you have come with your own unique essence to express.
We bring your awareness to two things next time you feel the need to speak.
Connect with this vibration and run it through your own inner guide.
Ask yourself.
Does it feel true?
Is it necessary to say?
Will it be of assistance?
If the answer is no,
Then sit with your silence instead.
This alone is an art form which takes lifetimes to perfect.
Notice where life takes a different path when you can do this.

What is your vibration?

Take time each day to tune in to your own soul's energy to understand it better.
