Welcome to this meditation,
A journey that will deepen your connection to the ocean in a way you never imagined.
Through this experience,
You will develop a deep and lasting relationship with the sea that will benefit you for a lifetime.
When you walk by the sea,
Cruising a yacht,
Or just listen to the sounds of the waves,
You will remember this meditation and look at the sea in a different way.
It is because of the ocean that you exist on this planet.
It's because of the ocean that you are alive.
Because of the ocean,
You can breathe and you can eat.
It is because of the ocean that you can fulfill your purpose and make plans for the future.
If there is no ocean,
There is no you.
Now close your eyes and breathe deeply to relax.
Inhale slowly and as you exhale,
Release any tension you may be holding in your body.
Try to bring your awareness throughout your body.
Feel your legs,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your head.
Take a few moments to appreciate the sensation of feeling your body.
Now bring your awareness from the tips of your toes to the top of your head in smooth rhythmic movements resembling the ebb and flow of ocean waves.
Now try to visualize yourself.
What do you see?
Your eyes?
Your hair?
Your body?
It is you.
A living creature,
A majestic entity,
A physical form of life,
A community.
You are a community of more than 50 trillion cells.
This is who you are and that is roughly equivalent to 6,
300 times the current global population of our Earth.
Reflect on the vastness of this inner world,
50 trillion cells that you carry within you.
And each of your cells contains DNA strands.
Fully stretched out,
Each strand can reach a length of approximately 183 cm,
Roughly the height of an average adult man in many parts of the world.
Imagine the astonishing concept of 50 trillion adult male-like individuals coexisting in your body.
In total,
Your body contains a remarkable 9,
150,
000,
000 km of DNA strands.
To put this into perspective,
This DNA length is approximately 98 times the distance from Earth to the Sun,
Just within your being.
That's about 4,
940,
000,
000 nautical miles.
Which means that if you imagine your body to be the length of your stretched DNA,
You could sail around the world about 228,
000 times.
228,
000 cruises around the world.
This is who you are.
Try to realize this significance.
And right now,
As you listen to this meditation,
There are about 86 billion neurons in your brain that form a very complex,
Yet simple neural network.
It's a separate community within the community of your body that is very much interconnected with all the other cells of your entire being.
You are that big.
You are immense in terms of your internal communities.
You are so much more than you can imagine.
So it is with the ocean.
The ocean is a community of water particles.
There are about 474,
000,
000,
000,
000,
000 water molecules in all of our planet's oceans.
This number is so incredibly large that it surpasses most astronomical distances and sizes of the observable universe to be compared to.
So both you and the ocean are huge in terms of the communities within you.
How do you feel about this powerful perspective?
Both you and the ocean are so much bigger than your physical appearance.
Embrace this visualization.
And as you navigate through life,
Try to see yourself and other entities in terms of their communities,
Not their form.
Now imagine yourself on a yacht.
You want to go for a swim.
The whole community of cells,
Which is 6,
300 times the entire population of our planet,
Wants to swim in a community of water particles that probably exceeds the number of stars in our universe.
Imagine you stay on a beach platform of a yacht and you are looking at the sea that spreads out in front of you.
The sea is calm and vast.
It's very different in scale and complexity from your body,
But it has interrelated properties.
Both the ocean and your body contain significant amounts of salt and ions that are essential of various physical processes.
Both of you are hosts to complex ecosystems.
The ocean is home to a variety of marine organisms and your body is home to trillions of microorganisms living in your skin,
In your organs.
Both you and the ocean are in a form of circulation.
In the ocean,
It's currents and tides,
And in your body,
It is blood vessels,
And your heart delivers oxygen and nutrients to your cells.
Both of you regulate temperature.
Both of you are very adaptive and sensitive to your environment.
Both of you require a precise balance of chemicals and ions to function properly.
Both of you are important to the global well-being of our planet.
And now,
Imagine you take a step off the platform of the yacht,
Where you are standing and plunge underwater.
You hear the sounds of the whales.
They have a fascinating and diverse set of sounds that vary in pitch,
Frequencies,
And duration.
Take a moment to feel the connection to these sounds.
The sounds of the underwater evoke a deep sensation.
The hustle of the surface world seems to disappear.
You feel weightless and free.
You feel timeless.
You feel the water molecules embrace all the communities of your cells.
Imagine that you are in the womb.
You are in the womb of your mother,
In the ocean,
And you are just a ball of cells,
A little ball of cells that one day becomes a human being.
But right now,
You are there,
In your mother's womb,
In the water,
Where you belong,
Where you came from,
Where you can be reborn.
You are there.
You feel warm and comfortable.
You float there timelessly.
There is no past,
No future.
You are fully in the present moment.
You feel protected and safe.
You feel peaceful.
It is a whole world away from the noise and chaos of everyday life,
Allowing you to retreat into the watery depth.
Now imagine how you dive deeper.
You feel the movements of the ocean,
As you would feel the movements of your mother's body,
Dancing,
A slow dance,
While you are in her womb.
These rhythmic movements relax you.
In the absence of gravity,
You are completely weightless.
In the absence of external stimulus,
You hear only the sounds of the ocean,
And you feel that your existence is much simpler and more protected.
And you continue to dive deeper.
There is only you and the ocean.
And you are a part of it.
You are connected to it.
But at the same time,
You are an independent particle of life.
You are there for one purpose only.
To undergo a fast development and growth.
To reshape your abilities and potential.
As you dive deeper and deeper,
Feeling the cells of your body begin to rejuvenate.
The biological clock is going backwards.
Your DNA is being repaired.
And now,
Let's repeat the following affirmation.
The ocean is my mother.
It is the only place on Earth where I can feel my mother's womb and be reborn again.
It is the only place on Earth where I can develop and grow rapidly.
Where I can rediscover my abilities and potential.
It is the only place on Earth where I can feel my true self.
The only place where I belong to the universe.
Where I am loved unconditionally.
The ocean is my mother.
When you are ready,
In your own time,
Begin to slowly come out of this meditation.
Open your eyes.
Smoothly return to your surroundings.
To the present moment.
Move your body.
Start by moving your fingers and toes.
Move your legs.
Arms.
Shoulders.
Head.
Try to feel your whole body again.
The whole community of over 50 trillion cells.
You are now connected to the ocean.
And every time you are by the sea or cruising on a yacht,
Remember that you can experience the sea to rejuvenate.
To undergo quick development and growth.
To feel reborn when you need it.
Just as you would experience when you are in your mother's womb.
You didn't need to understand your mother's body when you were just a little ball of cells.
All you had to do was just be in it.
To be born into this world.
You don't need to understand the ocean.
You can simply immerse yourself in it.
And with the help of your consciousness,
Recharge and be reborn at any time.
Listen to this meditation once a week to relax,
Reboot all your energies,
And stimulate your entire community of cells through this higher connection to the ocean.
