Ease into deep sleep in just 15 minutes with this calming guided meditation designed to quiet your mind, relax your body, and help you fall asleep quickly and naturally. You’ll begin by finding a comfortable position and gently closing your eyes. With soothing breathwork and soft imagery, you’ll be invited to feel the velvety quality of your breath — each inhale filling you with softness, and each exhale releasing tension. As the rhythm of your breathing slows, so too does the pace of your thoughts. You’ll then be guided through a deeply relaxing body process, beginning with the sensation of heaviness in your arm and gradually flowing through your entire body. This calming heaviness spreads like a wave, loosening every muscle and creating the perfect conditions for sleep. As your body lets go, your mind is gently guided into stillness. You’ll be invited to allow sleep to come naturally, without effort, without resistance — simply by resting in the present moment and letting go.

Welcome to this sleep session.

Please make yourself comfortable.

And when you're ready.

Just close your eyes.

And to begin.

Take a deep breath.

Feel the soothing softness of the air.

Flowing into your lungs.

And as you exhale.

Feel the softness.

As your breath leaves your body.

And now take another breath in.

And let it fill you.

With a wonderful.

Velvety softness.

And as you breathe out.

Let your breath.

Relax you.

Just as gentle as a breeze.

Allowing you.

To go into the perfect state.

Of deep relaxation.

And in the next few moments.

You may notice.

How easily.

Your body responds to my voice.

To the words that I say.

And you may also.

Notice your mind.

May wonder and drift.

And then.

You notice.

How easy it is.

To come back.

To my voice.

Every time.

Allowing my voice.

To relax you.

Deeper.

And deeper.

With each word I speak.

And there is a part of your mind.

That hears my voice.

And knows just what to do.

How to feel.

And how to let go.

And you may find.

That you trust this feeling.

More and more.

As you begin to relax.

Deeper and deeper down.

And you may have already noticed.

How deeply relaxed.

You have become.

How your velvety breathing feels.

And how wonderfully heavy.

Your arms and legs are becoming.

Or maybe.

You noticed how your mind.

Is floating in.

And out.

In and out of my words.

Letting the music.

Take you.

Deeper.

And deeper.

And now for just a moment.

Focus all of your awareness.

On your right arm.

Release the tension there.

Take a breath.

And as you exhale.

Let your arm become heavy.

Almost so heavy.

That it feels as if it is melting down.

Heavier and heavier.

Let your arm.

Become so heavy.

That it feels.

Almost too heavy to lift.

Just melting down.

Loose and limp.

Too heavy to lift.

And when.

You've relaxed your arm.

This deeply.

You may notice.

That it actually does begin to feel.

Too heavy now.

Or you may notice.

That the heaviness.

Is increasing.

With every breath.

And perhaps.

There is a part of you.

That knows.

That you could.

Probably lift your arm.

But you just enjoy this feeling.

So very much.

That it does indeed.

Feel too heavy.

And allow that feeling in your arm.

Through your shoulder.

Across your neck.

And into your other shoulder.

Moving.

Down.

And notice.

How quickly.

Your left arm becomes heavy.

Loose.

Far too heavy.

To lift.

Melting down now.

Deeper.

And deeper relaxed.

And I wonder.

Where you can first.

Feel that wonderful heaviness.

Spreading throughout your body.

As this blissful.

Peaceful feeling.

Makes its way.

Through every muscle.

Nerve.

Reaching down.

Down to your legs.

And making its way.

To the bottom of your feet.

And you may notice.

That feeling.

On the bottoms of your feet.

That tingle.

Or maybe warmth.

Or just a softness.

That feels like.

That wave of heaviness.

Has flowed.

Through your entire body.

Now.

You notice.

How effortless.

It is.

For you to really relax.

Your body relaxed.

Mind.

Ready to let go.

And allow my voice.

To find its perfect place.

In your mind.

To allow my words.

To become your words.

To allow my thoughts.

To become your thoughts.

And let my words.

Share those deep inner spaces.

In your mind.

And in your body.

That space.

Where you can make.

These changes happen.

Where you have.

All the wisdom.

And all the ability.

To create.

What you desire.

And you don't have to figure out.

How to make it happen.

Simply.

Allow it.

And allow yourself.

To sink.

Deeper and deeper down.

Into deep.

Restful sleep.

Enjoying the moment.

The comfort.

The relaxation.

For as long.

As you want.

Drifting off to sleep.

A steady.

I’ve been carrying so much in my mind lately and falling asleep has felt almost impossible. This meditation helped to remind me how simple rest can be when I stop trying so hard.
