Just let yourself settle in wherever you are right now.

You don't have to do anything special,

In fact,

The less you try,

The more beautifully this works.

And maybe you're already noticing that your breathing is changing.

Or maybe you're thinking,

Nah,

Nothing's happening yet,

And that's perfect too.

Because even that thought is your mind doing exactly what it needs to do,

To let everything else drop away.

You already know how to breathe out longer than you breathe in,

Don't you?

So just do that now,

Long,

Slow exhale.

And notice how every time you let the breath go,

A little bit more of the heaviness just leaves.

Soft and easy as you breathe in,

Longer on the way out,

Letting go.

Right here,

Right now,

You're safe.

And so if you're going to close your eyes,

Just make sure that you're not driving while you listen to this,

That you're not going to operate heavy machinery.

Only continue if it's safe to relax really deeply.

Because right here,

Right now,

You are safe.

Nothing bad can happen.

If the phone rings,

Or a dog barks,

Or the world needs you,

You'll be able to snap right back instantly.

But until then,

You can just let yourself float,

Like you're lying on warm water,

And the water knows exactly how to hold you.

And I want you to hear this clearly,

You are bloody amazing.

You always have been.

You got tangled up for a while,

Believing something that wasn't true,

But you are bloody amazing and you always have been.

So let these words start floating in front of your eyes.

Imagine the words as shapes and colors in front of your face.

The words,

I am enough.

I am whole.

I am worthy of real love.

I am safe to feel really good again.

Now imagine these words swirling around you,

Floating like beautiful little birds around Snow White.

I am enough.

I am whole.

I am worthy of real love.

I am safe to feel good again.

Let the words come closer.

Let them touch your forehead.

Let them kiss the side of your forehead.

Let the words sink in,

Warm,

Spreading through your body,

Like golden light moving through every cell of your being.

I am enough.

I am whole.

I am worthy.

I'm worthy of real love and it's safe to feel good again.

I am safe.

I'm enough.

I am enough.

I'm whole.

I'm worthy of real love.

I'm safe and I'm safe to feel good again.

I am whole.

It is safe.

It's safe to feel good.

It's safe to be worthy.

Take a deep breath and sink those words into your heart.

Feel those words beating with your heart.

I am enough.

I'm worthy.

I am whole,

Just as I am.

I'm safe and it's safe to feel good again.

It's safe to feel really good again.

And all the good feelings that I ever had,

They were generated by my own body.

And my body can generate good feelings.

And it's safe to feel worthy.

And I am worthy of real love.

Now imagine just relaxing down into that warm water.

Maybe it's in a spa or jacuzzi somewhere,

Or maybe you're in a hot pool in the middle of the forest.

If you don't like water,

It can be somewhere else,

Sitting in the warm sand or under a cool tree.

But be somewhere in your mind that allows you to physically relax very deeply.

Take a deep breath and when you breathe out slowly,

Double your relaxation and relax very deeply.

And imagine walking up to you,

A wise woman,

A beautiful old soul,

A gentle presence.

Such a feeling about her,

Like she seems to know everything in the universe.

She hands you something.

She gifts it to you.

And maybe you can see what's in her outstretched hand.

And maybe you just get a sense and maybe you don't know at all,

But she's giving you something.

Something that you need in this moment.

Something you need to recover.

Something you need to feel whole and be worthy.

And with her palm open,

She hands it to you.

Lift up your hand and reach out.

Wrap your fingers around it.

Let your hand close.

Feel it in your hands.

Feel its shape.

Try to get a sense of what it is,

But even if you don't know,

You already know that something massive is shifting right now inside.

Something massive.

It's shifting within you right now inside and you don't have to know how and you don't have to know why or when or what's happening.

Just accept it.

Something massive and positive is shifting within you right now.

Take a deep breath.

Just let that positivity just run through your body to your fingertips,

To your toes.

It's funny,

Isn't it,

How we can just get convinced that that tiny little sweet shop that we just walked out was the best one in the whole world,

That it was the only sweet shop in the whole world and we didn't want to leave it.

We were addicted to the sweetness,

To the colors,

To the textures of those sugary treats.

And you can start to laugh at that now.

You can just let the corners of your mouth turn up like as if there's only one sweet shop in the world.

There are streets and streets full of the most incredible shops,

Overflowing with colors you can't even imagine,

Every flavor you've ever loved and a thousand more you didn't know existed.

There are so many beautiful sweet shops and you are going to feel so sheepish.

You're going to feel so funny when you realize how much effort it took for you to walk away from that tiny little sweet shop when there were all these beautiful giant emporiums of goodness waiting for you.

And sure,

Maybe you don't like sweets.

Maybe you're a savory queen or savory king.

Well,

Do you know what?

There is a buffet of delights waiting for you in every corner,

Every taste,

Every texture,

Everything you can ever imagine.

It's all waiting for you.

And when you see one tenth,

Even one hundredth of the beauty that the world has for you,

You will feel so shy and a little bit guilty about feeling so bad now because life can get so good and life is going to get so good and life will get so good.

Overflowing with color,

Overflowing with joy.

Your life isn't small and it never was.

Your heart isn't small and it never was,

But you were just looking through a very narrow window just for a bit.

And sometime soon,

Sometime really soon,

Maybe even tomorrow morning,

Maybe next Tuesday,

Choose the day when you least expect it,

You are going to catch yourself smiling,

Really smiling for no particular reason.

And that's the best kind of smile.

Take a deep breath,

Let go of tension as you breathe out slow.

You're going to really start smiling for no particular reason.

You just generate these good feelings within your body and your heart.

You just feel good.

And that warm,

Hopeful glow is going to start right here in the center of your chest.

A feeling of hope,

Of peace,

Of satisfaction or even a feeling of joy.

And when you feel it,

When you begin to feel it,

I want you to do this.

Whenever it happens for you,

Place your hand gently over your heart.

Just give it a soft squeeze and just say,

Yes,

This is mine.

This feeling belongs to me now.

Do that right now.

Hand on your heart.

Give it a try just to practice for when it does happen.

Now gently squeeze.

You can squeeze your hand shut or you can just squeeze your chest and just grab that feeling in your mind,

That positive feeling,

That warmth,

That positivity,

That hope and say,

Yes,

This is mine.

This feeling belongs to me now.

And look,

Even if you're in a lot of pain,

Maybe you're crying right now.

Maybe you're in so much sadness that you can't even fathom feeling happy again yet.

Still,

That feeling belongs to you and it has something to tell you.

So still put your hand over your heart.

This feeling,

It belongs to me now.

This feeling is mine.

And I can let go of it whenever I want,

Whenever I'm ready,

Whenever it's time for it to be passed and a new feeling will be in its place.

And positive feelings can happen.

And changes know that the best time of the day to see the sun shines brightly whenever you wake up.

You take a deep breath and immediately send massive,

Beautiful waves of relaxation from your head all the way to your toes.

Know exactly how to keep you are balanced in your life and the choices that you make through the behaviors that help you to survive,

To thrive,

To be the exact person that you know how to be.

You're amazing.

You're beautiful.

You're stunning.

You don't just get by.

You become the best version of yourself.

And you keep moving forward tenaciously until that day when your heart is so warm,

So full of light and love and peace and joy.

And you put your hand on your heart and you squeeze and you say,

This feeling is mine.

This feeling belongs to me now.

That's it.

And spread it throughout your body.

Just imagine it.

Imagine that warmth spreading down through your body,

Through your stomach,

Through your legs,

Up to your shoulders and your arms.

Take a deep breath,

Sigh.

Relax,

Relax deeper.

And any time that life feels too heavy or an old memory starts to sneak back in,

Or maybe there's a little trigger when you think of somebody from the past or something that you no longer have.

When old memories cause a pain in your chest,

You grab it and you say,

This feeling belongs to me.

And I can let it go.

And then you reach out for that positive feeling.

You grab it and you pull it in and you put it into your heart.

The smiles,

The laughter,

The joy.

You know what it feels like to feel good.

Your body remembers and you can remember it.

Now is the time to make that strength in your heart grow stronger.

Like your back holds you upright.

Your shoulders back and down and you breathe deeply.

Breathe out really slow all the way.

Create that warmth.

Make it warmer in your chest.

Put your hand over it,

Squeeze it.

This feeling belongs to me now.

Let certainty rush in.

Old feelings will still visit,

They're allowed to.

But you don't have to move in with them anymore.

You can just nod at them.

Thanks for showing up.

Drift off now and turn your back and turn your intention back to the warmth,

To the lightness,

Back to the lightness.

Turn your attention back to the warmth,

Back to the lightness,

Back to the knowing that better is already coming.

Better is already on its way.

And there's a younger part of you inside,

Maybe hiding in the corner,

Who once believed that love had these particular limits or had to be earned or that love could vanish forever.

And you don't have to fix that part.

Just let it come closer if it wants.

Look in the eyes.

Let that part feel,

Maybe for the first time,

That it actually is just completely safe to be here.

Exactly as it is.

It's completely safe just to be where you are right now,

Exactly as you are.

And you can whisper to that part inside of you.

I see you.

I see you.

I'm not going anywhere.

We are in this together now.

Love doesn't run out.

It can't.

Not anymore.

Because the love that you thought you lost,

It never left.

It was just waiting,

Patient,

Quiet,

Until you were ready to let those doors fly open again.

Keep this in your mind.

I am enough.

I am whole.

I am worthy of real love.

I am safe to feel this good again.

I am enough.

I am whole.

Say it in your mind.

I am worthy of real love and it is safe to feel good.

Take it even further.

I am beautiful.

I am handsome.

I'm amazing.

I am worth so much.

I deserve all the beautiful things in the world.

Say it in your mind.

Repeat this after me.

I'm beautiful.

I'm gorgeous.

I'm handsome.

I'm smart.

I deserve real love.

I'm worthy.

I'm worthy of real love.

And I am whole.

And I am enough.

And I am safe.

And it is safe to feel good again.

And from this moment on,

Make a commitment to me.

Make it right now in your mind.

Say,

I commit to you.

Promise me this.

That from this moment on,

You're going to give yourself more hope.

Say,

I give myself more hope.

That's it.

You are going to give yourself more lightness.

I give myself more lightness.

And you are going to give yourself more certainty that you need.

That you're going to be OK.

I am certain.

That you're going to give yourself more love.

Because you're worthy of love.

I'm worthy of love.

And you're going to do all of this every single day.

So just in a moment,

I'm going to go quiet.

I'm going to give your brilliant,

Amazing,

Beautiful,

Fantastic,

Gorgeous,

Unconscious mind all the time that it needs.

It could be one minute.

It could be five.

It could be 10.

Whatever feels right.

And your unconscious mind,

Your subconscious mind,

Knows exactly what it needs to do with that time.

To weave together everything.

To heal what needs healing.

To put together that which needs rewiring.

To lock in the beautiful new feelings.

And whenever that time's finished,

Whenever you're ready,

That hand's still on your heart if you like.

But just bring all those beautiful feelings back.

Open your eyes.

Feel light,

Clear,

And hopeful.

Knowing that you're deeply held by life.

And you've got this.

It's only going to get better from here.
