Earth's natural frequency.
Our beloved planet Earth marches to the beat of its own drum.
Just like the waves of the ocean have a sound,
Raindrops make a noise when hitting the surface.
Thunder,
Animals,
Insects,
Water creatures,
And people all make sounds.
So does sunlight,
Moonlight,
Wind.
And everything else in nature.
In fact,
Science tells us that everything on our planet,
Including we humans,
Are all in perpetual motion.
We all constantly vibrate and vibration causes sound.
Our beautiful planet is no different.
So it will be no big surprise now to discover that the Earth itself emits a frequency called the Schumann resonance.
It is a frequency of 7.
83 Hertz.
In brainwave terms,
That is in the dreamy,
Sleepy,
Alpha to theta range.
In that range,
We are more connected to the natural flow of things,
Less conscious thought and more intuition.

People tend to think that life now is the same as it has always been.
I often hear older people talking about how they eat the same food now they have always eaten.
But they don't realise food is modified so much now.
It is not the same at all.
Plants have been genetically modified for more efficient crop growth.
Food doesn't often ripen on the tree or plant.
Pesticides are used or genetic modifications make plants less susceptible to infestation.
If insects no longer want to eat our food,
What is that telling us?
There is the interference of electromagnetic waves,
Microwaves,
And all the other types of interference we have nowadays.
Technology has brought us great advances,
But also the need for us to give ourselves extra care.
The incidence of cancer and many other diseases has grown exponentially.
The introduction of our modern Western diets,
The addition of electronic interference,
Added stress from our busy lives.
It all adds up to worsening health in physical,
Mental and emotional ways.
Even spiritually,
Many now lose hope and faith.
