Meditation Timer OnlineMike Sheehy is based in Ireland and runs a mindfulness meditation practice called BíMeditation (pronounced “bee‑meditation”—the Irish verb for “to be”). He’s been practising meditation and alternative healing for almost 20 years. Ireland isn’t exactly famous for meditation, but it does struggle with high levels of stress, anxiety, and low mood—challenges rooted in our fast‑paced lives and, some would say, a long history of collective trauma. Meditation has been a huge support for Mike personally, and it’s why he’s passionate about sharing it with others. Mike’s teaching is down‑to‑earth, practical, and completely secular. He focuses on helping people manage everyday pressures like stress, being overwhelmed, and lacking focus, stripping the practice back to what genuinely works.
