Surrounded by nature in the morning.
I just passed some blackberry bushes.
And the blackberries,
They are a beautiful example of a balance.
That I believe you will recognize in your own life,
I certainly do in mine.
And that is it.
The tension.
That arises when I want something to happen.
I want something.
And instead of waiting for the right moment,
I'm pushing it through.
Why the blackberry is such a beautiful example is that because it's such a hard berry,
I can feel.
The little tension.
When I want to pick it.
Off the branch.
That if it's not the moment,
If it's not ready to be picked.
It will give me a small,
Slight resistance.
Of course,
I'm stronger than the berry,
So I can just rip it off the bush and eat it.
And sometimes I do.
What happens?
It tastes bitter.
SOUR!
It doesn't have that sweetness.
As when it's really ripe.
If I wait too long,
It will be old,
It will have.
.
.
And not a nice taste,
Of course.
And I will just spit it out again.
If I pick it,
If I wait patiently for the berry,
To be It's almost like I just have to touch it and it will fall off the branch.
I'm sure you have experienced the same thing.
When I eat it then.
It's a whole other story.
It's these explosions of beautiful,
Juicy.
.
.
Sweetness.
In my mouth.
And that is exactly how it works.
It's like a nature law.
That if I am not listening to life when I want to execute something,
Or for example,
If I want to talk to my man about something.
And i'm being pushed i'm pushing myself my mind is pushing that i want to talk to him now this is i'm restless i don't take the time to just feel Is it the right moment?
Because it's actually including another person.
He might be totally absorbed in something else or not available for such a request or whatever it is I have.
And actually,
With my partner,
I have been practicing this quite consciously for some years.
And it's very beautiful.
It's very beautiful.
Before,
I was more like very I'm patient and when I had an idea in my mind.
Or if I had a need to talk about something,
I would just.
.
.
Kind of grab him and say blah blah blah blah.
And then I would most likely get resistance.
And then I would feel rejected.
And that was my pattern.
And I was feeling rejected a lot.
I don't feel rejected anymore.
It's quite extraordinary,
Actually,
Because that has been a big part of my dynamic.
In all of my life.
And partly it is because of this new trust of listening.
Listening to the blackberry.
When is I'm touching it like.
The way I do it is like.
Because I'm connected to my man,
I can feel him,
Even though we are not physically in the same room.
I can feel him.
And I believe that that's something we need.
Can.
We humans.
Because we are in a field of energy and we can feel each other.
We haven't learned it really.
We have learned to rely only on our minds.
But the quality of the mind is very pushy,
At least mine is.
It can also be very.
.
.
Like a bulldozer.
Like,
Just flatten everything out.
Just,
I'm coming now and you need to take it.
Because I'm very important.
Actually,
I am the center of the universe.
So here I come.
Nobody likes that,
Of course.
And the blackberry will taste very bitter.
So.
.
.
I'm.
.
.
I'm.
.
.
I'm sensing,
Is this the right moment to.
.
.
To share this with my man?
No,
It's not.
I will wait.
It's okay.
I give myself more space,
More breath,
More room and the other person.
If it's my man or somebody else.
And I know that he,
His life,
The life in him,
Can sense that.
That I'm actually Respecting.
Where he is.
The dialogue,
Of course,
Will have much more flow,
We will be much more connected,
And the outcome is much more fruitful.
Much more sweet!
And the chance also of me getting my message through is enhanced by 100%.
Isn't that just a beautiful image?
I mean representation of listening.
To eat blackberries off a bush.
In real life it also means that when I come back to the bush,
I haven't ripped everything off.
There are still berries because they come in cycles.
They come in this beautiful rhythmic pulsation,
Let's say.
It gives a little bit and then they fall off and they die if we don't eat them or we eat them and then there is a new load of berries coming up.
And like this the bush is delivering sweetness.
Much longer.
And much less effort is needed.
Needed.
And that's something that I really see in my own life,
The people I work with,
One to one or.
.
.
My friends or my family,
That we We struggle,
We use a lot of energy.
And we actually don't need to.
I'm saying to life,
I trust you.
I trust.
That the life I have inside of me and that I have around me.
Including you and other people.
We have,
It is a dance,
It is an exchange,
It's a pulsation,
It's a rhythm.
But what is the.
.
.
Thing with the mind is that it can just cut through all of that because it wants something.
My way,
Now,
Fast.
I don't care if life is not ready.
And of course,
Sometimes We can use this.
Will,
Willful,
Willfulness.
To get things done.
Yes,
We can.
But you know what I'm talking about is more like this.
It's another way of doing things,
Actually.
It doesn't require a lot of struggling.
And it's a choice.
And it doesn't mean I need to stop every step of the way to listen to every little thing,
Because then I will also be.
.
.
That's not balance.
That's too much.
But on the big things,
Or the bigger choices,
Is a good idea.
And especially if it involves other people.
Is this the right moment?
And if it's not?
I will wait.
Because I trust that the right moment will come.
The blueberry.
Sorry the blackberry will be ripe when it is ready.
So I take maybe a deep breath in and out and in.
Let life flow.
Show me.
Yes.
Now it's the time.
Thanks a lot for listening,
And have a beautiful day.
