Are you feeling stressed and you need something that can help you right now?

Well just place your phone somewhere where you can watch it and sit comfortably.

Sit comfortably with your spine tall and just block your right nostril.

This is simple,

You don't have to do anything fancy.

Just super simple,

Block your right nostril from your right thumb.

Shoulders relax,

Close your eyes and inhale from your left nostril and exhale also from your left nostril.

Continue the same breathing,

Breathing from your left nostril,

Inhaling and exhaling also from your left nostril.

This practice is actually called Chandra Pyaar and this practice actually helps you breathe through the moon channel which is from your left nostril which helps you feeling calm and relaxed and get you to that relaxed,
