Reiki For Inner Child Healing

Hello and welcome to Mainstream Reiki. I'm Andrea. And in this healing video. I'm going to offer you Reiki for your highest good. As we focus on healing together. Your inner child. Our inner children are so instrumental. In how our lives are playing out. Right now. Many decisions are made. As children. Based on life as they experienced it. And it's time to. Bring all of that. To compassion, To love. Into healing. Simply intend to receive. This Reiki. And my love and care for you. To heal very deeply. And to reconcile. Everything. From your past. Releasing what you no longer need. Releasing shame. And blame. And the need to please others. The day you take care of yourself. You may feel sensations. As we work together. Old memories may come up. Let everything out. You're safe here in this moment. I see you. As the light of who you are. And all that came before this moment. Has made you who you are today. And bring to mind yourself as a child. And let us offer them this energy. Let us open our hearts. Our smaller selves. Your inner child did so well. He did everything right for you. Went through so much. Your inner child helped build the foundation. Makes you who you are today. Imagine. Your inner child is in front of you. Would you like to say? What does your inner child need from you? Let us offer. Whatever they need. Reassurance. Love. Forgiveness. Appreciation. Perhaps gratitude. Invite this Reiki energy. Soothe and to heal. All the trauma. Witnessed and endured. When you are a child. And invite this Reiki energy. To wrap you and your inner child. In a hug of healing energy. Healing you and blessing you. Integrating. All of who you are. All of who you've been. And fullness. You are worthy. Being loved exactly as you are. There's nothing you need to do. No one else you need to become. No accomplishment. Will make you worthy. You are. This energy. You are whole and complete. And you may invite this Reiki energy to continue to work with you. On every level. For as long as it is in your highest good.
