Alessio Ancillai

Alessio Ancillai is an independent visual artist and sound composer based in Rome, whose practice moves between the visible and the invisible, between canvas and frequency, between image and breath. Rooted in the belief that every work of art carries within it an inner sound – more or less audible – his artistic journey begins with the composition of the visual image, seeking a balance between line, colour and form. Some of his sound compositions exist as living elements within paintings and contemporary art installations, where sound and image become inseparable. Through his Delta Range Music project, he creates immersive ambient soundscapes and natural sound textures to guide listeners towards deep relaxation, a meditative presence and focused clarity. His work stems from ongoing research into the therapeutic potential of sound, with a particular focus on healing frequencies such as 432 Hz, 528 Hz and other tones that resonate with the body’s natural rhythms. Each track is composed with intention and precision in his personal studio, using a Roland workstation, reflecting a rigorous approach that combines artistic sensitivity and professional dedication. Through Insight Timer, Alessio offers a refuge from the clamour of modern life: a space of stillness and inner tranquillity. An invitation to slow down, to listen deeply and to rediscover oneself, one frequency at a time.
