Dear ones,
Take your time to begin getting comfortable wherever you are.
You can lay down or sit comfortably,
Feet planted into the earth.
As you begin to listen deeply to each sound,
To the space between the sounds,
Allow yourself to tune in to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Notice how your belly rises and falls easily with each breath.
Allow each sound to wash over your entire body.
And as you do,
Scan your body and become aware of any parts of you that need some extra care.
Notice is there tension anywhere?
Listen to what your body is telling you.
Is there tightness?
Is there heaviness?
And continue to return again to the sound as it flows over you.
Allow yourself to make any adjustments that you need and allow yourself to be at utmost comfort.
This is your time to nurture yourself.
And whenever you are ready,
Close your eyes so that the sounds can become more magnified.
And focusing your attention now on these gentle sounds,
Imagine that you are directing them like ribbons of light into all the areas of the body that need some extra loving care.
That's it.
Noticing how with each inhale and each exhale,
You can feel even more lightness entering.
And considering the idea of weightlessness,
You can imagine yourself now being rocked by a silk hammock,
Your body limp and light as the gentle breeze rocks you back and forth.
And with each inhale,
You can begin sensing the vibrations entering now at the top of your head and trickling down like water past your shoulders and neck,
Showering you from head to toe with its tingly energy.
Allow yourself to enjoy these vibrations and the sensation of weightlessly rocking to and fro.
Allow all thoughts to enter and pass effortlessly.
With the unattached acceptance of each moment,
Return again and again to your breath,
To the sensations in your body and to the beautiful sound vibrations.

You you you you you you you you you you you continue to allow the sounds to trickle down from head to toe as you return to the rocking sensation of that silk hammock where you first began your meditation notice for a moment what feels differently here in your body and mind and spirit as you continue rocking to and fro how wonderful it is that you were able to take the time to be still with these sounds with your body with your spirit begin to gently move the toes,
The hands and stretch any parts of your body that you feel called to at this moment taking all the time you need as you begin to awaken all the parts of you this sensation of lightness,
Of weightlessness,
This sensation lives on in the memory of your cells because you took the time to allow the vibrations in and to listen deeply know that you can call upon this lightness whenever you most need it and now gently beginning to open your eyes,
Breathing in deeply and exhaling out,
Feeling refreshed,
Renewed and weightless
