
Intuitive Guidance For Deep Healing
This deep guided session leads you through the full Intuitive Guidance process. It combines breathwork, somatic awareness, energetic healing, and symbolic inner exploration. You will connect with the parts of you holding pain, numbness, or unprocessed emotion, and gently offer them space to express and release. This is a powerful and intense practice, ideal for those seeking deep healing, self-trust, and a return to inner safety and belonging.

Hello and welcome to the session.
I invite you to take a seat or lie down and get yourself comfortable.
You can close down the eyes if you wish and take some deep slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
This session is an introduction to intuitive guidance,
A practice where we explore,
Heal and reconnect with our inner world.
It is a deep practice and can be quite intense.
So I encourage you to ensure that for the duration of the session you won't be disturbed.
If you need to move to a more private area to turn off any notifications and to otherwise set yourself up so that you're in a private,
Safe and secure internal and external environment,
Do so now.
And also ensure that you have some time after this session to just return back to the present moment,
To your day.
This practice is not one to be taken lightly,
It's not one that you can just jump into and out of.
We're going to be going deep into the body deep into the mind,
Deep into the past and that depth of practice needs to be respected in order to be accomplished.
So we do that by preparing ourselves,
Preparing the space and ensuring that we have time to just recover and return from the session afterwards.
So with all that in place,
I invite you to slow the breath down even further.
If you are familiar with box breathing or 4-7-8 breathing or any other kind of breath work that suits you,
Feel free to deploy that.
But the general principle is that we're just slowing down the breath,
Just a bit slower than what we're currently doing.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
If you feel compelled,
You can add a physiological sigh on the out-breath.
As you're breathing slower and deeper,
Just allow any surface level tensions to drop away,
To release.
So we're going to begin with a body scan.
Starting with the head,
Moving down to the toes,
We're just going to be paying a little bit of attention to each part and seeing what arises.
We're noting points of tension,
Of pain,
Of blockage,
Of overwhelm.
Or maybe of numbness.
You might already feel a calling to work with a particular part of the body,
And that is okay.
Or you might complete the body scan and not feel particularly pulled to any one part just yet.
Regardless,
I encourage you to just be open,
To explore,
To be curious,
And to just trust the deepest part of yourself.
When we find a place that we want to work with,
We're going to get curious about it.
And look deeper into it.
And hopefully it will help show us what it needs to share,
And reveal to us something that we need to know.
And then hopefully it will begin to release.
Revealing ever deeper things for us to discover,
Explore,
Accept,
And release.
So take another slow,
Calm breath,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
And just begin by drawing your attention to the top of your head.
We're just observing different parts of our body.
Looking for points of blockage,
Energetic disturbance,
A feeling or a visual that tells us that that part of the body is holding on to something.
So we're looking at the top of our head,
Moving to our face,
To our ears,
To the back of the head,
Our jaw,
Our neck,
Our shoulders,
Our arms,
Our elbows,
Our wrists,
Our hands,
Our fingers,
The upper part of our chest,
Sternum,
Our bellies,
Our groins,
The left side of our body,
The right side of our body,
Our upper back,
Mid back,
Lower back,
Our seat,
Our legs,
Our knees,
Our calves,
Our ankles,
Our feet,
Our toes,
And any other part of the body that we may have missed with that scan.
Maintaining the slow and calm breath,
Continue scanning your body,
Until one part or area calls to be looked at,
May feel like a yearning,
Just a general feeling that this part wants to be worked with today,
You're calling to it,
And it's calling to you,
When you have this part in mind,
Just begin by getting curious,
And explore the nature of the energy,
The blockage,
The pain,
Of the numbness that is arising,
What is the location of those feelings?
Are the feelings moving?
Or are they stationary?
Are they on the surface,
Or deep?
Are the edges blurry,
Or rigid and sharp?
Does it feel hot or cold,
Rough or soft?
Are there any colors,
Or sounds,
Or shapes,
Or memories arising,
In relation to this area?
Keep breathing slowly,
And deeply,
And just keep observing what's arising in this area,
We're approaching this part of our body with curiosity,
With calm,
Compassion,
With the confidence that we're now here for it,
Remember,
Intuitive guidance holds that the body keeps the score,
And that emotions are messages,
So we're looking at this part,
And we're getting curious about what it's holding on to,
By considering its shape,
Its size,
Its color,
Its depth,
Its movement,
Its borders,
The related memories,
And feelings,
And visuals,
Sounds,
We're opening up a dialogue with that part,
Now this dialogue might take place in the realm of words,
And indeed we're going to inquire with words,
To try and open up,
And go deeper,
But often times,
The things that our body is holding on to is pre-verbal,
Or so complex that to put it into words,
Is just inconvenient,
Or impossible,
So sometimes visualizations arise,
Sometimes understanding comes,
Sometimes insight arises,
And the way,
And method,
And approach that arises for you,
Will be unique to you,
And to this session,
And to that part of the body that you're working with,
So just approach whatever arises with open curiosity,
If you get a feeling,
Or maybe a taste even,
Just be there for it,
Just allow it to unfold,
There are no bad feelings,
There are no good feelings,
It's just something to observe,
We're just curious,
So keep your attention on this area,
Maintaining the slow,
Calm breath,
Ask this space,
What do you need me to know?
What do you need me to see?
What do you need me to hear?
What do you need me to understand?
What do you need me to know?
What do you need me to see?
What do you need me to hear?
What do you need me to understand?
Just keep asking these questions,
And being open to the response,
However it comes,
Now maybe as you're working with this part of the body,
A visualization might arise,
It could appear in the form of a picture,
Perhaps a movie,
Or perhaps a scene,
Oftentimes these images are highly symbolic,
And representative of a deep inner struggle,
So I encourage you to continue to ask those questions and listen,
But also open your inner eye to seeing a visualization that may be manifesting,
And if something does come,
Once again allow it to come with an attitude of openness,
And acceptance,
And understanding,
Be welcoming,
Do I need to know?
What do I need to see?
What do I need to hear?
What do I need to understand?
I am here to listen,
I'm here to see,
I'm here to talk,
I'm here to reconnect,
If you feel like you need more time in this phase,
Please pause the audio,
If this part is showing you something,
Or speaking to you,
And more is coming,
Be there for it,
But if you and your part are feeling like the session is coming to a natural close,
Let's return to the breath,
With the in-breath,
The deep,
Slow,
Calm in-breath,
We're going to add a visualization,
Or intention,
Of love,
Compassion,
And connection,
And acceptance,
Got a visualization that is appearing,
Just adding this warmth,
This love,
This feeling,
To that visualization,
Or just to the part of the body you're working with in general,
It's the in-breath,
Spreading that love,
And connection,
Compassion,
And with the out-breath,
You're just offering a gentle offer to release,
Just an offer,
Not a request,
Or a demand,
But just saying,
Hey,
I see you,
I hear you,
I'm with you,
If you want,
We can gently put down some of what you've been holding on to,
If you're ready,
So with the in-breath,
Love,
With the out-breath,
An offer to release,
So maintaining the visualization of the in-breath with love,
And the out-breath,
An offer to release,
We move to the final part of our intuitive guidance practice,
The commitment,
This part,
The part that we've been working with,
Is one that we may not have been aware of,
Been connected to,
This is a relationship we're developing,
And you may have found that this session has produced a deep release,
Deep insight,
And deep connection,
But you may be getting the feeling that you need to come back to it,
And continue to work with this part,
But either way,
We're developing a relationship,
And we need to commit to this part,
Saying,
Hey,
I'll come back to you,
I'll check back in,
I will give you what you asked for,
Or what you need,
During the session,
The part might have been calling for something to be held,
To be cared for,
Or for something to be said or done,
And I really encourage you,
If it's within your power and capacity,
After this session,
Or even right now,
To begin to give that part what you agreed to,
What it needs,
This is a building of trust,
The body's holding on to something,
In this session,
We're saying,
Hey,
You can let go a little bit,
It's okay,
You're safe,
But it needs to know that it can trust us,
So we commit to offering it what it needs,
And to checking in and returning at a later stage,
That might be by repeating this session,
You know,
Literally replaying this track,
And working with the same part,
It might mean sitting in silence,
Tomorrow,
At the same time,
Taking a slow calm breath,
Reconnecting to this part and saying,
Hey,
I feel you,
I see you,
Is there more you want to share?
We're developing a relationship with ourselves,
And thereby giving us the ability to reintegrate,
Reconnect,
Heal and grow,
This practice takes time and self-trust,
So if you haven't already,
I encourage you to work out a time that you'll return to this practice,
To reconnect with the part you've been working with,
And to perhaps go deeper,
Now,
As we come to the end of the session,
I invite you to begin moving your body,
Just a little bit at first,
And when you feel compelled,
A little bit more,
And when you're ready,
You know,
Opening your eyes and just returning back to this time and this space,
Return your breathing to normal,
Just focus on grounding yourself back in the present moment,
You will return to that part,
You will return to the practice,
But right now,
As this session is ending,
You're returning back to the present moment,
You're grounding yourself in the moment,
You're noting what you can see,
What you can hear,
What you can touch,
Maybe what you can taste and smell,
You're moving your body a little bit more vigorously,
Your arms and your legs and your fingers and your neck,
Just moving around,
Just coming back to the room,
By grounding ourselves back in the present moment,
We're making our intuitive guidance practice into a bit of a safe container,
We're showing these parts of our body that we can go deep,
That we can connect,
And if we do,
It's not going to cause a breakdown or catastrophe,
That we're in control,
That it's safe to open up and explore and express and to release,
As this practice ends,
My voice,
My tone,
My energy is going to increase,
Because I want to bring us back to the present,
Back to our physical space,
And I just want to remind you that what you've done here in this session today is deep and strong and profound work,
And I encourage you to be open to things or insights or feelings arising throughout the day,
You might find benefit carrying a notepad or a pen,
Or perhaps the notes app on your phone,
Just be there to capture anything that seems compelling,
It's like,
Oh that thing popped up in the session,
And I'm just going to jot it down to investigate a little bit more the next time I practice formally,
And just really just coming back to the present room now,
Back to where we're at,
And just really focusing on what you can see,
Just noting down,
Looking around the room,
Just really paying attention to the sensations coming in to the eyes,
What can you see right now,
And just feel the ground beneath your feet,
What can you feel right now,
Really just paying attention to the physical sensations coming into the body,
And now listen,
Listen to the sound of my voice,
And listen to the other sounds in the environment,
What can you hear,
And really now just moving your body a little bit more,
Getting yourself back into the present fully grounded,
Fully here,
Fully returned,
But also fully committed to returning back to that part at a later session,
Like I said,

Work out a time when you can return to this practice,
Return to this part,
And return back to intuitive guidance,
Working with yourself to reconnect,
Heal,
And grow,
And I'll see you in the next session.
