Hello and welcome to the session.

This track is designed to help you to rest,

Relax and fall asleep.

I encourage you to start taking some slow,

Deep breaths and just settling in for a good night's rest.

Turning off any lights or devices,

Closing any doors and getting yourself comfortable and prepared for sleep.

Just taking some more slow,

Deep breaths and when you're ready,

Closing down the eyes and just settling in.

It's okay.

We are resting,

We are taking steps to calm down and to release.

Thoughts will arise,

Sensations will arise and that's normal and natural and okay.

If we need to,

We can gently shift our bodies,

Get ourselves more comfortable and we can let any persistent thoughts know that we'll get to them in the morning.

If they're important,

They'll return.

So there's no need to worry.

Maintaining the slow,

Deep breathing.

Just allowing our body to relax and to release.

To let go of any of the tensions,

Any of the stresses,

Any of the obligations that we've been holding on to.

We're just going to let go of it all.

It's okay.

You are safe.

You are calming down.

You are relaxing.

And falling ever more closer to sleep.

And just knowing that this session will help you to fall asleep.

It will help you to get deep rest.

It's taking a moment to settle in,

Allowing each part of the body to rest and to release,

To relax.

Resting and releasing any tension in our feet.

Resting and releasing any tension in our legs.

Resting and releasing any tension in our groin and buttocks.

Resting and releasing any tension in our bellies and lower backs.

Resting and releasing any tension in our chest and upper backs.

Resting and releasing any tension in our shoulders.

Resting and releasing any tension in our arms.

Resting and releasing any tension in our hands.

Resting and releasing any tension in our necks.

Resting and releasing any tension in our face and jaw.

Resting and releasing any tension in our head.

Resting and releasing any tension in the entirety of the body.

There is nothing that needs to be done.

Nothing that needs to be held on to.

Nothing that can't wait until morning.

Allow yourself to put it all down.

To let go.

To drift.

It's okay.

You are safe.

It's okay.

You are safe.

It's okay.

You are safe.

And it's okay to fall asleep.

There is nothing that needs to be done.

Nothing that needs to be held on to.

Nothing that can't wait until morning.

Allow yourself to put it all down.

To let go.

To drift.

It's okay.

You are safe.
