You keep your eyes closed,

You start to observe the breath.

You feel the breath entering,

You feel the rib cage expand,

You feel the breath leaving,

You feel the rib cage contract.

Take the mind to the awareness of the breathing.

Feeling the sensations within the rib cage,

As the rib cage expands,

As the rib cage contracts.

You feel the stillness that grows in the mind,

As the rib cage is contracting,

Expanding.

You continue to observe the breath.

The rib cage expands,

Contracts and stillness grows more and more inside the mind.

You keep observing the breath.

And as you do,

You keep observing the silence that grows in the mind.

You keep connecting to the silence that grows in the mind.

And as you start to enjoy the state of stillness within,

You start to enjoy simply being the observer of the breath.

Simply observing the rib cage expand as you breathe in.

Simply observing the rib cage contract as you breathe out.

Observe the in-breath,

The rib cage expands.

Observe the out-breath,

The rib cage contracts.

Nothing but stillness grows within the mind.

By observing the breath,

You return yourself back to your natural,

Original state of stillness.

You take the attention now to the tip of the nose.

You feel the breath entering.

Feel the breath leaving.

You continue to enjoy the state of stillness that arises from observing the breath just at the tip of the nose.

You keep following the path of the breath,

Which leads you to the path of stillness within.

You keep the awareness at the tip of the nose,

Feeling the breath entering,

Leaving,

And the stillness within growing more and more.

You attach to the stillness within,

Knowing it as your original,

True nature.

And as the breath flows,

The stillness within grows stronger.

The stillness within draws you to a drop of light deep within your being.

You feel the drop of light,

Emulating light in your head and in your heart.

As it illuminates your heart,

You feel a beauty within,

A sense of love that you've always searched for.

This drop of light asks you to look outside,

To look through your life and see how you've always searched.

You've searched for happiness outside,

Thinking sometimes you'll find it in a certain person,

Only realising that this person,

Like you,

Like the world,

Is always changing,

Has their moods,

Their ups,

Their downs.

In this person,

You've sometimes found happiness when their moods are up,

And other times not when their moods are down.

The drop of light shows you how you've searched for happiness in so many things,

In a job that sometimes brought you happiness,

Sometimes not.

In the material world,

Where things are always changing,

Even nature changes,

Flowers wither and die.

Trees decay as they get old.

Initially all these things are beautiful,

But everything in the outside world is changing.

Even a cloud will turn to rain.

You look at the outside world,

See how you've always been drawn to a certain aspect,

But all of these aspects change.

The drop of light emanating love deep within you shows you how you've spent your entire life looking for happiness.

In the outside world,

Where things are always changing.

And this way,

Your energy has moved outwards,

And has fluctuated,

Sometimes finding happiness.

And then as the things change,

The happiness fades.

But you look within at the drop of light,

You feel true love,

True peace here.

And the drop of light shows you that the love,

The happiness,

You've always searched for,

Lies deep within yourself.

The light grows stronger and stronger,

Illuminates every chamber of your heart,

Fills you with a deep love within.

It helps you to realise that you don't need to search or run or look anymore.

Anything you've always searched for exists deep within yourself,

Deep within your heart.

Nothing or no one in the outside world knows your heart the same way that you do.

You feel true love,

True bliss emanating there.

The teardrop of the divine energy that created this universe exists within you.

The love you've always searched for exists within yourself.

As you observe your breath,

As you feel your mind becoming still,

You realise you don't need to search or look anymore.

The original love that created the universe exists inside you.

You just need to see the drop of light expanding,

Illuminating your entire heart,

Showing you that the journey doesn't lie outwards in a world where everything's changing,

Fluctuating.

The journey leads inwards,

Back to your original true nature,

Back to stillness.

You feel yourself filled with light.

See how a part of the divine nature of the universe that created you is there,

Always inside you,

Always illuminating your heart.

Mind tries to lead you outwards,

Searching for answers outside,

But all of the true answers lie deep inside yourself.

There's no need to run or rush.

You have everything you need deep inside yourself.

All the answers,

All the love you ever need.

This divine spark of light shines brightly within.

Your original home is here,

Deep inside.

Here lies sadh,

The truth,

Chit,

Consciousness,

Anand,

Pure bliss.

The light within illuminates from your heart throughout your whole body,

Fills your whole body with light.

And this light is what you've always searched for.

It's deep inside yourself.

You rest in peace with this feeling.

You continue to rest in peace.

Focusing all of your attention inwards,

Realizing that there's nothing that the outside world can give you that will give you the same sense of peace and happiness.

All of your answers lie here,

Deep inside.

The feeling of contentment,

Santosha,

Grows strong within.

Make a promise to yourself to always look inwards for true happiness.

To work each day,

To allow the mind to not become distracted and to take your awareness from your mind instead to the heart.

To always feel love and contentment deep within.

To allow yourself to connect to the source of love and contentment that exists deep within yourself.

You rub both palms together,

You generate warmth in the palms,

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,

You slowly take the hands away,

Slowly opening the eyes,

Seeing the light outside but remembering that the true light that you've always searched for exists deep inside yourself.

You see it in your heart.

Please return your awareness back to the breath.
