We start by stilling the mind and focussing on the breath. We then start to connect to the peace we naturally find within. From here we make the decision to remain constantly connected to our natural state of peace.

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breathing.

Just taking the awareness to the tip of the nose.

Feel the breath enter.

Feel the breath leave.

Feel the sensations within the nostrils.

Each time you breathe in.

Each time you breathe out.

Feel the stillness that starts to grow in the mind.

As your focus moves away from the thoughts.

The confusion that exists within the mind.

Bring the awareness to the stillness.

That's contained within the breath.

The thoughts contain confusion,

Contradiction,

Frustrations.

The breath contains stillness,

Silence,

Peace.

You observe the in-breath.

You observe the out-breath.

You continue to allow stillness to grow within.

Breathe in.

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out.

The ribcage contracts.

Stillness.

Silence.

Continue to become your friends as you observe the breath.

Your awareness moves away from the mind and its 1001 thoughts.

And your awareness moves closer to stillness.

And the joy that comes from simply being still.

From simply observing the breath.

You breathe in.

You breathe out.

You connect more and more to the breathing.

And the breath guides you to the stillness within.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Continue to observe the breathing.

Stillness continues to grow.

Deep within the mind.

Continue observing the breath.

Returning the awareness now to the nostrils.

Feeling the breath.

The tip of the nose.

Within the nostrils.

Each time you breathe in.

Each time you breathe out.

The mind connects more and more to stillness.

More and more to silence.

Breathing.

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out.

The ribcage contracts.

You feel the movement of the breath into the lungs.

Out from the lungs.

Back into the atmosphere.

Observing now the entire length of the breath.

As it enters via the nostrils.

Through the airways.

Down to the ribcage.

And then as you breathe out.

How it leaves via the lungs.

The ribcage.

Through the airways.

Back out into the atmosphere.

And as you continue to observe the breath.

You connect.

To a deeper and deeper point of stillness within.

And the breath starts to guide you on a journey.

To more and more stillness within yourself.

The more you focus on the breath.

The more distant you become from the thoughts.

You observe them.

Not reacting to them.

Just seeing that they're there.

That they're constantly fluctuating.

That they have no permanence.

Just as your feelings are always fluctuating.

They have no permanence either.

Just as your perceptions are always changing.

Your dreams of the future change from day to day.

The way you remember things change according to your likes and dislikes.

Even your body.

Is changing every single day.

The cells within the body are constantly being replaced.

Nothing is permanent.

But there's a deep sense of peace within.

And this is your permanence.

The breath has guided you here.

To peace.

Stillness.

Deep inside yourself.

You journey inwards.

And you know that this stillness is your original nature.

This is who you truly are.

Not the thoughts that are always changing.

Not the feelings that change too.

Not your perceptions,

Your memories,

Your dreams.

These are always changing.

But the stillness deep inside yourself.

That manifests now.

As a white light.

This stillness is who you truly are.

And as you connect to this white light deep within.

This stillness deep inside.

You make a choice.

A decision.

Deep inside your heart.

Not to return.

To the mind and its tricks.

Its constant changes.

Its fluctuations.

Not to return to the perceptions,

The memories,

The dreams.

The imaginary future.

Not to return to the awareness of a body that's always changing.

You can know these things are there.

The feelings too.

You can see that they're there.

You can observe them.

See how they're always changing.

The body,

The mind,

The feelings.

But you know your true essence is here.

In this deep peace.

And you decide to keep your awareness here.

Observing the mind,

Its thoughts.

Observing the feelings,

How they change.

Observing the body,

Seeing how it too changes.

But now that the breath has guided you.

To the peace,

The stillness,

The white light within.

You decide.

This is where you always prefer to be.

Beyond the thoughts.

Beyond the feelings.

Beyond the body and its changes.

Just resting in peace forever.

Not being affected by the thoughts that come and go.

Just observing them.

Not being affected by the feelings.

That are always changing.

Just observing.

Seeing how these are always changing.

You decide that the point of peace deep inside yourself.

Is so beautiful.

That this is where you want to remain connected forever.

Not in the world of changes.

Just here in stillness.

You observe the changes in the mind.

And the feelings.

Not reacting,

Just watching.

Because the center of your attention is inwards now.

The breath has guided you to the white light deep inside.

It's guided you to your natural sense of stillness.

Of silence that exists deep within.

It's guided you to your original true nature.

It's guided you to who you truly are.

To your true being.

That knows just peace.

Just stillness.

The white light glows brighter and brighter.

As you recognize more and more who you truly are.

As you connect more and more to the stillness.

That is you.

You connect more and more to the white light deep inside.

You connect more and more to who you truly are.

Not the thoughts,

Not the feelings,

Not the body.

But something deep inside that's beyond all of these.

That's beyond dreams,

Memories.

The fluctuations of the mind.

Beyond the feelings.

You connect to the stillness deep inside.

You see the white light deep within.

You promise yourself to keep your consciousness here.

Your awareness here.

Seeing yourself just as is stillness.

You see that the thoughts are still present.

The feelings are still present.

But you're not reacting to them.

You observe them.

And you acknowledge that you've made the choice.

To always choose the peace that exists at the core of your being.

The peace that is who you truly are.

You remain here in the awareness of the white light.

As you see the white light,

Feel the white light deep within.

You promise yourself to work on developing your connection to your inner stillness forever.

You rub both palms together.

You generate warmth in the palms.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

Bringing warmth back into the eyes.

Then you slowly move your hands away.

Slowly open the eyes.

Keeping the sense of stillness,

Of peace within yourself.
