We calm the mind and from here we start to gain a particular perspective into connection with the second chakra. We feel our connection to the Great Mother Earth, we learn to root and from here we learn to feel connected to all the children of the Great Mother Earth who are in reality our brothers and sisters.

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe your breathing.

Feel the ribcage expand,

Contract.

Feel the movement of the air as you breathe in,

Breathe out.

Feel the mind coming to stillness.

Connect to this stillness.

Feel the thoughts drift away.

Feel how the breath brings you peace and stillness.

Continue observing the breathing.

The ribcage expands,

Contracts.

Let's continue to lose our importance as you realise the strength of the sense of peace that focusing on the breath brings.

Stillness grows within the mind.

Breathe in.

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out.

The ribcage contracts.

Thoughts flow.

You observe them,

But you don't react to them.

You realise that thoughts carry no stillness.

They can contradict each other,

Say one thing,

Then another.

They don't have the stillness and the stability that comes to you when you focus on the breathing.

You breathe in,

You breathe out,

And the stillness within you grows.

The thoughts just drift away.

Stillness grows within you as you watch the breath,

The movement of the breath,

As it enters,

As it leaves.

You connect to the stillness within.

Observe,

Feel the ribcage as it expands,

As it contracts,

And the breath brings you closer and closer to that stillness.

The thoughts become more and more insignificant.

Connecting to the breathing.

Stillness grows from within.

The ribcage expands,

Contracts.

You connect to a deep point of stillness within.

Observing,

Feeling the movement of the breath.

Connecting to the breath.

Enjoying the stillness that comes from connecting to the breath.

Seeing nothing but silence.

Connecting to this silence.

Knowing this silence is your original true nature.

And as you connect now to this silence,

You look within your body.

You see the lights,

The nadis,

The lines of energy.

You see the chakras,

The many swirling vortexes of energy.

And you see the seven main chakras,

Starting at the base of the spine,

Reaching through to the top of the head.

You see the first chakra at the base of the spine.

Mooladhara,

Connecting you,

Rooting you to the great Mother Earth.

And just above,

You see the second chakra.

Svadhisthana,

Your original abode,

Your original home.

You see this beautiful,

Swirling vortex of light,

Of energy.

And you feel yourself more deeply connected to the Earth,

More deeply grounded.

You feel yourself connected to the great Mother Earth.

You feel how she's inside you,

How she's fed you,

Nourished you,

Your entire life.

But your connection to her feels deeper now.

When your awareness was at the first chakra,

At mooladhara,

You feel a more intense,

A more alive connection to her.

You feel her deep inside you,

Connecting you,

Rooting you.

You feel an alive connection to the Earth herself.

You become aware of her,

Her feminine qualities,

Her motherly qualities.

She wants to protect you,

Love you,

Nourish you,

And to love you unconditionally.

And as you feel this inside,

As your connection to her grows stronger,

You now see and feel how she doesn't just nourish you,

But she nourishes every single being on this planet.

Whether they're a fish,

An animal,

A human,

An insect,

She supplies her nutrients,

Her minerals through her soil to every fruit,

Every tree,

Every gift that she leaves on her surface for you.

She feeds you,

She's inside you.

She lives within you.

She gives you life.

And you see her life not just inside you,

But inside every being that exists on this planet,

Where all her children were all loved by her unconditionally,

Were all protected by her.

We feel her deep inside.

You look at her beautiful planet.

You see how at every moment,

Every creature is being fed by her,

How every creature is eating of her gifts,

Her fruits,

Her crops,

Her seeds,

Her grains.

How we all take nourishment from her,

And how if we all contain her,

Her love,

Her nourishment within,

We must also all be connected to each other.

We all contain the same source of love,

Of nourishment inside us.

We're all part of each other.

Essentially,

There is no you,

No me.

We're all children of the same great Mother Earth,

All fed by the same nutrients.

We all contain these same nutrients within.

By being aware that we're all her children,

We can see and feel the unity that is the world.

We're all made up of the same energy of life that she's given to each and every one of us.

No separation remains,

And no awareness of separation remains.

Just a connection,

The awareness of connection that comes by realising that the only thing that's ever real is the sense of oneness that comes from realising that we're all her children,

That she's deep inside each and every one of us.

She's our great mother.

She lives within the soil.

She's nourished you,

And she's nourished every being for all of time,

And she will continue to do so because her love,

As a mother's love is,

Is completely unconditional.

She's deep inside each and every one of us.

She's alive inside us.

She shows us how everything is a unity,

A oneness,

How it's her that's provided the life to this entire planet,

That we're all part of her.

There's no separation.

The more you connect to Swadhisthana,

Your original abode,

Your second chakra,

The more you feel your connection to her,

Your connection to everything that lives on this planet,

Not just the creatures and everything that feeds off her gifts,

Her fruits,

But even the fruits themselves,

The plants,

The seeds,

Everything filled with life on this planet.

It's filled with life because she has given it life.

She's filled everything with her minerals,

Her gifts.

We're all alive because of her.

We're all her children.

I'm focusing once more on Swadhisthana,

Seeing the swirling vortex of energy here.

Your connection to her grows.

Your connection to all beings grows.

You feel nothing but a oneness.

You feel connected by that oneness.

There's no separation.

The swirling vortex of energy grows brighter and brighter.

Your awareness of unity,

The feeling that we're all fed by the same great mother grows.

You keep this feeling alive.

You remain aware of this beautiful swirling vortex of energy just above the base of the spine.

Here you feel your original abode,

Your deepest connection to the great Mother Earth.

You see the beauty of the light,

The swirling vortex of energy here.

This is Swadhisthana.

This is the awareness that it brings you.

Continue to see and observe the light,

The energy,

The swirling vortex of energy.

Remain connected.

Rub both palms together.

Generate warmth in the palms.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

You bring warmth back into the eyes.

Slowly take the hands away.

Slowly open the eyes.

Lovely… very calm. The only thing I missed was a bell at the end.
