Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Feel the rib cage expand as you breathe in,

As the breath enters.

Feel the rib cage contract as you breathe out,

As the breath leaves.

Keep the mind constantly focused on the breathing.

Let the thoughts drift away.

Feel the sensations within the lungs as the breath enters,

As the breath leaves.

Connect the awareness just to the movement of the breath,

Movement of the lungs,

Rib cage.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

The mind comes to stillness as it observes the breathing.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

Just see stillness entering into the mind.

Allow thoughts to drift away.

As you start to enjoy the stillness that grows when you observe the breathing.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

Keep the mind engaged on the movement of the breath,

Enjoying the stillness,

The silence that's created as the mind follows the movement of the breathing.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

You continue connecting your awareness to your breathing,

Enjoying sensations of stillness that grow within,

As the mind focuses more and more on the breathing.

You continue to connect your mind to the breath.

Just observing the breathing.

Feeling the rib cage expand.

Feeling the rib cage contract.

You breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

You breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

And stillness continues to grow within the mind.

You continue to connect to the stillness within.

As the mind focuses more and more on the simplicity of observing the breath.

Thoughts drift away.

Silence,

Stillness grow within.

Keep observing the movement within the rib cage as the breath enters,

As the breath leaves.

As you start to enjoy the stillness within,

Your awareness moves down towards the heart.

You observe a white light here,

Within the heart.

And this white light represents the spark of divinity within you.

That appeared when the universe was created.

That holds within itself all of the secrets to the unfoldings of the universe.

This white light within you contains the energy,

Which in the ancient world was called Brahman.

The divine consciousness that permeates the entire universe.

And this white light,

This Brahman,

Tells you that life is simply a game.

Divine game which in the ancient world was called Leela.

But when our consciousness gets too involved with this physical form within the ancient world,

Which in the ancient world was called Nama,

Rupa,

Naeemun form,

We forget that we're playing a game.

We get caught up in opinions,

Attitudes,

Trying to prove a right and a wrong.

We get caught up in stress,

Trying to prove these rights and wrongs.

When in fact life is simply a game,

A game that's to be played and enjoyed.

When consciousness first appeared,

Brahman tells you,

The light within you tells you,

It was understood that life is simply a game to be enjoyed.

And when we're children,

We retain this consciousness,

We enjoy the game.

But as we carry on playing,

We forget that we're just players.

When we start getting caught up in the Nama,

The Rupa,

The Naeemun form,

The character,

Believing ourselves to be these characters,

Feeling that we have something to prove,

To achieve,

Some goals to run after,

We forget about the game,

Playing the game,

Enjoying the game.

But Brahman is waking up now inside you.

The divine consciousness that fell asleep,

God it was playing a game,

Is waking up now once more,

Reminding you it's all simply a game.

There's no winning or losing.

The characters that you play are not real.

They're manifestations that appear on the world stage for a while and then disappear.

New characters then appear,

But the game is simply the game.

Brahman,

The divine consciousness,

Asks you not to get caught up in the Nama,

In the Rupa.

Just to enjoy,

Enjoy the game,

The interplay,

The divine energy within yourself.

It asks you to stop seeing the characters as the ultimate reality.

Remember that life is simply a play.

The characters all wear masks,

But we can remove the masks,

See the true identity,

That we're all effectively consciousness.

All different manifestations of Brahman,

Of the divine consciousness that permeates the entire universe.

Deep inside you lies the seed of divine consciousness.

And this seed of divine consciousness,

Of white light,

Is within each and every character,

Each and every player,

In this play,

In this game.

Brahman tells you now,

You're waking up from the dream.

To see yourself once more is divine consciousness.

To lose the awareness of the masks,

The characters,

And to come back to your true self.

A simple point of white light that exists deep within,

That observes,

Observes different opinions,

Observes thoughts,

Observes feelings,

But doesn't get caught up in the game.

Just watches,

Plays,

Enjoys the play of the game.

Not getting caught up in winning or losing.

Realizing that in every game,

Sometimes there's winning,

Sometimes losing,

But it's the enjoyment that makes it the game.

And the divine light within you,

Brahman,

Asks you to think about just enjoying the game,

Taking off the masks,

Seeing through the characters,

Remembering that we're all connected,

All part of the white light,

The divine consciousness that plays the game.

It asks you to wake up from the dream,

Where we've started to believe that we're the characters,

The names,

The forms,

To come back to our true awareness.

Just observing,

Observing thoughts,

Feelings,

Opinions.

Coming back to the white light within,

Just observes and enjoys the play,

The play of Leela,

The divine game.

And you start to see the world now with the masks disappearing,

With the white light behind each and every character appearing again.

You start to see the universe now completely filled with the white light of Brahman,

The divine consciousness.

Seeing how each and every one of us,

Without the masks,

Without Nama,

Rupa,

Name and form,

Are simply different manifestations of the same oneness,

The same Brahman,

The same divine consciousness that created the entire universe.

You see how white light is within each and every one of us.

You feel connected to all the players behind the masks,

All the players who contain the white light of pure consciousness,

Consciousness that created the universe.

You slowly start to forget about the character that you play and return your awareness back to the collective consciousness,

The white light,

The force of love that created the universe,

That holds the universe,

Bound,

Connected,

Forever and ever.

You take off your mask and see yourself simply as a white light.

You remind yourself that any time you feel stressed,

Anxious,

You've forgotten that you're playing the game.

You get caught up in the character,

Caught up in opinions,

Trying to prove a right or a wrong,

When it's simply a game.

You just need to bring your awareness back to the memory of the divine light within.

You as a character without the mask,

You as you truly are,

Simply playing and enjoying the game,

Nothing to prove,

Nowhere to go,

No goals to be strived after,

Just in this present moment,

Constantly,

Always,

Enjoying the game,

Seeing everybody without their masks on,

As other players with whom you want to play the game,

Enjoy the game of life,

The play,

The divine play of Leela.

You rub both palms together,

Bringing warmth into the palms,

Take the palms over the eyes,

Remembering that when you wake up,

You'll be in a lighter state,

Losing the heaviness that the character brings,

Just being aware of the deeper inner consciousness that observes,

Watches,

And just remains connected to the light deep within.

You slowly move your palms away,

Slowly open the eyes,

Just remembering that life is simply a divine game,

Simply a play,

And that your true existence lies beyond.
