Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Feel the breath enter.
Feel the breath leave.
Feel the stillness entering.
Continue to observe the breath.
Feel the ribcage expand.
Feel the ribcage contract.
Feel the oxygen entering into the lungs.
And as you breathe out,
Feel the carbon dioxide releasing.
As you breathe in,
Feel prana,
Life force entering.
As you breathe out,
Feel abhana,
Tiredness leaving.
Breathe in.
Think the sound so.
Breathe out.
Think the sound hum.
Connect your awareness to your breath.
Feel more and more stillness growing within.
As you focus on the breath,
Feel a white light within you that is that stillness,
That is that silence.
And feel how the breath,
The awareness on the breath is guiding you there.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Connect your awareness to your breathing.
Allow for stillness to grow within.
Breathe in,
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out,
The ribcage contracts.
Continue to observe the in breath,
The out breath.
And as you observe the stillness within,
Continue to observe the white light that's there,
Deep within each cell that brings peace and stillness.
See every cell,
Every atom,
Every molecule within you and see how it's filled with the white light of peace,
Of stillness.
See and observe how this white light teaches you to go beyond the reactive nature of the mind.
You observe the mind,
The vast stream of thoughts that it brings,
Its habit to react and you go deeper.
You see the white light deep within you.
You see how the white light doesn't react,
It simply accepts.
It simply accepts you,
Loves you.
It has no reason to react.
It loves you and loves the entire universe.
The only thing it knows how to do is to show peace,
To feel peace and to share love.
The white light exists beyond the mind.
Its true nature is love,
Unconditional love.
This is what exists beyond the reactive nature of the mind.
You continue to observe the mind now,
To observe its vast thoughts,
How the thoughts within the mind contradict each other and how when you're the observer of the thoughts,
You're connected to the stillness within.
The stillness within is your original true nature.
This is where love resides,
True unconditional love beyond the mind.
You observe the thoughts coming and going.
You observe how they have no permanence,
How they contradict,
How they relate to fears of the future,
Sadness from the past and you observe the white light within,
How it knows that this present moment is all that exists.
The future just exists in the mind and the mind is a separate entity to you.
Sadness and memories exist in the mind but again the mind is separate to you.
Fears,
Desires are simply created by the mind but when you're connected to the white light within each cell of your body,
You're connected to peace.
There's no fear,
No desire,
No rush to run away to the past,
The future.
This present moment is all that exists.
You're just here,
You're just now and the only thing that you know is the white light,
The peace within,
The stillness within.
When you feel this white light spreading throughout your body,
Bringing you nothing but peace,
Nothing but stillness.
You feel white light in each cell,
Each molecule drawing you away from the pools of the mind,
Its worries,
Its desires,
Its perspectives.
White light takes you to the stillness within,
Shows you that you're not your mind,
That the mind is a separate entity.
Driven by fears,
Dreams,
The imagination,
The past,
The future but your true nature is here in the white light that exists in every cell,
Every molecule within you.
Your true nature lies in true peace.
This is who you truly are,
Stillness,
Unconditional love.
You continue to see yourself filled completely with white light.
You feel nothing but white light,
Peace and stillness within.
You start to realize that this white light has a healing nature.
It searches through your heart,
It looks for any past pains,
Any traumas,
Any pains that you've held within.
It goes back throughout your entire life to things that you can't even remember and it heals,
It loves,
It softens.
This white light comes from the source of love that created you,
Created all of the love that is the universe and it wants for you to know nothing but love.
As its love enters into each cell,
Each molecule within you,
It forgives unconditionally,
It looks for any pains,
Any sorrows and it fills those areas of your heart with love,
Melts through,
Heals.
The white light fills you with compassion,
Understanding all of your pains,
All of your sorrows from the past,
Teaches you that the only thing that exists is unconditional love.
It softens,
Melts your heart,
Allows your heart to dissolve,
To melt completely.
There's love within,
In every cell,
Every atom within you.
This healing light takes away any pains,
Dissolves them,
Fills them with compassion,
Shows you that when your mind is reacting to the outside world,
It's because the mind has not allowed for your past sorrows to be healed.
And the role,
The function of the heart that's connected to the source of all love is to heal all of your past pains and you feel your heart melting now,
Dissolving as the light,
The love from the source fills your heart,
Fills it with compassion and deep love softens,
Melts,
Teaches you to love yourself,
Accept yourself,
Teaches you not to look for love,
Happiness,
To search for it in the outside world.
Because all the love you've ever looked for is already here,
Deep within your heart,
It's come from the source.
If you look for it in the outside world,
Sometimes you'll find it,
Other times no.
But it will lead you to reactivity,
Whereas if you find it here within the healing nature of your own heart,
Within the softness,
Within the love of the source,
You realize there's nothing left to find to look for in the outside world.
Everything you've ever looked for is here in the unconditional true love that comes from the source.
Your heart starts to melt more and more,
Starts to soften more and more.
You feel the stillness of the present moment in time.
There's no searching left to be done.
The love of the source exists in your heart and is constantly searching to heal any of your past pains.
It fills you with compassion,
Unconditional love.
It heals,
Softens,
Melts.
You don't need to go to the mind anymore,
The mind just reacts.
The unconditional love that you've always searched for is here within your heart.
Because when the source of all love created the love in the universe,
It left a spark of its own light,
Its own love,
Deep within your heart.
There's nothing but true love here,
Nothing but unconditional love.
Your heart feels softer,
More melted,
More calm.
Your breath becomes slower as you connect back to the source,
As you connect back to the white light within your heart.
You don't need to react to the mind anymore.
Your answers are not in the fears or the desires that the mind creates.
Your answers are within the unconditional love that resides within your heart.
Your heart fills with white light completely.
It softens and melts.
And you remember your original true nature here.
The heart floods with white light.
No reacting,
No mind.
Just peace,
Unlimited compassion,
Unlimited forgiveness,
Unlimited love.
The white light within you grows and expands.
And you feel your heart soften more and more.
Nothing but white light exists within you.
And you make a promise to yourself to remain connected to this white light,
To be beyond the thoughts,
Beyond the mind,
Just observing the mind,
Not reacting to it in any way,
Seeing its changes,
Observing its changes,
Its fluctuations.
But you promise yourself to remain connected to the heart,
To the white light deep within.
And as you make this promise,
You rub both palms together.
You generate warmth in the palms.
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.
And then you slowly move the hands away,
Slowly opening the eyes.
