Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Feel the breath entering,
Leaving.
Just become aware of the feeling of the ribcage expanding,
Contracting.
Become aware of stillness,
Silence growing in the mind.
The ribcage expands,
Contracts.
You become aware of the mind,
Its thoughts.
You observe the thoughts without reacting and you observe the breath.
You see and observe that when you're watching the breath,
The thoughts lose their importance.
There's no need to react to the thoughts.
The thoughts contain no peace.
Observing the breath,
You find peace.
Breathing,
Stillness enters.
Breathe out,
You think of peace.
Breathe in,
The stillness within grows.
Breathe out,
The feeling of peace grows.
Breathe in,
Stillness is entering.
Breathe out,
You connect to peace.
Each time you breathe in,
Each time you breathe out,
You keep the mind focused on the breath and the stillness that it brings.
You observe the thoughts,
Not reacting to them in any way,
Just observing them as waves that come and go.
You observe the feelings too.
When the thoughts reach into the body,
They turn into feelings,
But again without reacting to them.
You just watch the feelings coming,
Going as waves.
No need to react and you continue to observe your breath.
Breathe in,
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out,
The ribcage contracts.
The breath brings you silence,
Stillness.
Continue to observe the breath.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just observe the breathing.
Thoughts still come and go.
You observe the thoughts,
Not interacting with them,
Not playing with them,
Just watching them.
Then you continue to observe the breath.
Continue to observe and feel the silence,
The stillness that the breath brings.
Breathe in,
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out,
The ribcage contracts.
The more you observe the breath,
The more stillness you bring to the mind.
Breathe in,
Observe the ribcage expanding.
Breathe out,
Observe the ribcage contracting.
Allow for stillness to grow in the mind.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
The breath guides you to more and more stillness within.
You observe the thoughts.
They come,
They go.
They contain no stillness,
They're just waves.
You don't react to them.
Don't interact with them,
You just observe them.
Connecting to the stillness within yourself.
You just become the detached observer.
Observing the thoughts,
Observing the feelings.
Just continue observing the in-breath,
The out-breath,
Feeling,
Enjoying,
The sense of peace that comes from observing the breath.
Breathing stillness grows.
Breathe out,
Peace within grows.
Breathe in,
As the ribcage expands,
Stillness grows within.
Breathe out,
As the ribcage contracts,
You connect to the deepest points of stillness,
The peace within yourself.
You observe each in-breath,
Each out-breath.
You observe the thoughts.
You're still reacting,
Just watching how the thoughts are waves that come and go.
No stability,
Constantly changing.
No permanence.
One minute thinking of one thing,
The next minute another thing.
The thoughts are constantly changing.
You continue to observe the thoughts.
You realize these thoughts are not you,
They're just waves.
You're the stillness within,
The stillness that you connect to when you breathe.
You observe the breath.
Observe the thoughts.
Seeing them as the waves that they are,
Waves that come and go,
That fluctuate.
One minute think of one thing,
The next minute another.
The one minute take on one perspective,
The next minute contradict with a different perspective.
These thoughts have no permanence,
They're just waves.
You're not the thoughts,
You're the stillness beyond.
You're the observer of the thoughts,
And in essence when you connect to the breath,
You see that you're simply stillness.
You observe the thoughts,
But they're not you.
You're the deep stillness beyond the thoughts.
You can observe the thoughts coming,
Going.
But your truth lies beyond.
Truth lies in stillness.
And you continue to observe the breathing as the breath takes you.
Complete stillness.
Breathing,
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out,
The ribcage contracts.
Connect more and more to stillness.
You know your original true nature to be stillness.
The breath guides you to this stillness.
The thoughts that come and go,
They're not you.
The feelings that enter and leave the body,
They're constantly changing.
Just observe them.
And again you realize they're not you.
You observe the thoughts,
You observe the feelings.
But you're not the thoughts,
You're not the feelings.
You're something beyond.
An attached observer.
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Perspectives,
Memories,
Dreams are always changing.
You observe them coming and going.
Observe how they have no permanence.
And you observe that when you observe and watch the breath,
Stillness grows within.
As you breathe in,
Stillness enters.
As you breathe out,
You connect to the peace within yourself.
Breathing,
Stillness enters.
Breathe out,
You connect to peace.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You observe the thoughts,
Observe the feelings,
Memories,
Dreams,
Perceptions.
You see how they're always changing.
How they have no permanence.
You see how your truth lies deep within.
The stillness that comes from observing the breath.
This peace,
This stillness within is who you truly are.
Not the fluctuations of the mind,
Not the fluctuations of the feelings.
The peace that's beyond.
The mind.
You're the peace that's deep within.
The breath guides you to this peace.
This is who you truly are.
A point of complete peace and stillness that exists deep inside.
Not the thoughts and its fluctuations.
Not the memories,
The dreams that are always changing.
Not the perspectives that contradict each other.
Not the feelings that come and go.
Beyond all of this,
You're the stillness that you connect to when you observe the breath.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Connect to the stillness deep inside.
No stillness to be your original,
True nature.
See the stillness as a white light within.
This is who you truly are.
Not the thoughts,
Not the feelings.
You're something detached from these.
Your complete peace.
Your sat chit anand.
Truth.
Consciousness.
Bliss.
You see yourself as you truly are.
As this bliss,
This peace,
This stillness that exists deep within.
You keep this feeling of stillness with you,
Remembering that you can observe the thoughts,
The feelings.
That you're not the thoughts,
Not the feelings.
You're the stillness beyond.
You rub both palms together.
You generate warmth in the palms.
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.
Bring the warmth back into your eyes.
You slowly move your hands away.
Slowly opening the eyes.
Just getting them used to the light once more.
