Transcript

Start to observe your breath.

Start to observe each in-breath.

Start to observe each out-breath.

Feel the mind connecting with the breathing.

Allow the mind to engage with the breathing.

Feel the entire length of each in-breath.

Feel the entire length of each out-breath.

As the breath passes down into the lungs.

As the breath is released from the lungs through the nasal passages,

It merges back with the atmosphere.

Then feel the breath entering again,

Down through the nasal passages,

Reaching into the lungs.

Releasing from the lungs,

Back into the atmosphere.

Feel the entire length of the breath.

Each time you breathe in,

Each time you breathe out,

Focus the mind on the breathing as much as you can.

Keep connecting the awareness to the breathing.

Observe each in-breath.

Observe each out-breath.

Observe the stillness that enters the mind as you observe the breathing.

Connect to the stillness in the mind.

Feel how the stillness in the mind grows each time you observe the breath enter.

Each time you observe the breath leave.

Continue to observe each in-breath.

You continue to observe each out-breath.

You continue to allow the mind to come towards stillness.

You allow the thoughts to drift away.

Seeing how the thoughts only bring stress,

Tension.

How they have no importance.

How by observing the breathing and letting go of the thoughts,

You can allow for stillness to grow in the mind.

You enjoy the feeling of stillness and you continue to observe the breath.

Observing the entire length of the breath bringing the mind closer and closer to stillness.

You continue feeling the rib cage expanding,

Contracting.

Bringing the awareness to the breath.

To the stillness within the breath.

You find peace and stillness within the rhythm of the breath.

And you enjoy this peace.

You enjoy this stillness.

You continue observing the breathing.

As you feel the stillness deep within just in your mind's eye,

You find yourself in a beautiful valley.

You see yourself surrounded by mountains,

Trees.

You see a lake in the centre.

You see an ancient yogi sat just in front of the lake,

Below a banyan tree.

You see in his eyes stillness.

You see how his mind doesn't wander.

How it's just focused on the present moment.

You see a sense of happiness within him,

Within his smile.

And he looks at you in the eyes.

And from the sense of stillness within him,

He speaks to you and he simply says,

Be here.

Be now.

He tells you that the mind can wander.

The mind can try and take you away to an imaginary future.

Try to convince you that things will be better over there.

The mind tries to convince you to create goals.

To run after these goals.

The mind and the senses create desires.

They make you run after these goals,

After these desires,

Convincing you that you'll find true happiness there.

When happiness,

He tells you,

Comes from deep within.

When you stop running,

When you let go of your goals,

Your desires,

True happiness,

He tells you,

Can come from deep within.

He asks you to just spend a few minutes letting go of all of your goals,

One by one.

He asks you to spend a few minutes just letting go of all of your desires.

Feeling them drift away,

Flow away.

Just letting go of your goals,

Letting go of your desires.

Just being here,

Being now,

Enjoying the stillness that comes from not running,

Not chasing after goals,

Dreams,

Desires.

He asks you to think about and feel how it feels to be in the present moment.

Not to be running,

Chasing.

True happiness,

He tells you,

Is not found in running and chasing.

Running after one thing,

Then another.

Never having your desires fulfilled.

It comes from letting go of desires,

Goals,

Needs,

Wants.

And just enjoying the stillness that comes from being present,

From being in the here,

In the now.

There's nothing to run after,

He tells you.

No goals,

No desires.

True happiness is to be found in the here,

In the now.

And he asks you to continue letting go of your dreams,

Desires.

Letting go of each one of your goals,

One by one.

To still have a plan,

To still have your life's journey,

But to be flexible,

Allowing life to play its game,

To adapt to it,

To bring its changes,

To enjoy the changes that it brings,

But to be at one with life rather than trying to change life.

He asks you to look around the valley,

To see how perfect the world is,

As it is.

To see and feel how life would be if you didn't need to change anything.

Nature,

Life happens by itself.

We cannot control it.

We're not the controller of the universe.

The universe unfolds as it's destined to do so.

The things we can change for the better,

We change.

But the 99% of things that we can't,

We simply enjoy watching the unfolding.

We enjoy playing the game that is life.

Without any goals,

Any desires,

The yogi tells you,

Life can be fun again.

It can come back to simply being a game,

Nothing to strive for.

No goal,

No winning,

No losing.

Life can come back to what it was when you were a child.

A game to be played and enjoyed.

No heaviness,

No attention.

Just a game of life being played out.

Nothing to run after.

No goals,

No desires to constantly chase.

Just playing the game,

Enjoying the game.

Watching life and the game of life unfolding.

Enjoying the sense of stillness.

Enjoying the sense of stillness,

Of peace that comes from not having to run,

Not having to strive.

Just being at one with the unfolding of the universe.

A beautiful game of life.

Enjoying the feeling of stillness that comes once you've let go of all of your goals,

Your desires.

Enjoying the stillness of being present,

Of being in the present moment in time.

You feel how your heart,

Your soul feels when you've let go of desires,

Goals.

Realised that life is not about winning or losing.

It's simply about enjoying,

Playing the game,

Returning back to being a child.

Seeing how life is simply a fun game to be enjoyed and played.

The future has not been created yet.

You cannot control things that will change according to the will of the universe.

Let go of your goals and desires and allow the universe to express itself as it will do anyway.

The past is already gone.

No matter how much frustration,

Tension you bring up,

You cannot change the past.

Understand it's part of the unfolding of the universe.

Trust in the unfolding and continue to enjoy playing the game that is life.

Feel how the source that created all life is allowing for the unfolding of the universe.

Trust in it.

Know that it's simply a game to be enjoyed.

Let go of all tensions,

Frustrations,

All negativity.

Just be here.

Be now.

The yogi tells you.

And as you look into his eyes as he says these words that ring inside you.

Be here.

Be now.

You see something very familiar in this ancient wisdom.

You see and feel his DNA,

His cells,

Well they're made up of the same magic that exists in the universe that's within the cells,

DNA within you.

You look within your heart and you see that the yogi's there.

That he has the same cells,

The same minerals,

The same water within his cells,

The same DNA that you do.

You see that he's part of you.

That he is you.

That he's the voice of wisdom that lies deep inside yourself.

He's part of you.

The wisdom that you've always searched for doesn't exist in the outside world.

All the searching,

Creating of goals,

The running,

The following desires that you can do can never lead you to the truth and the magic that lies within yourself.

The simple answer.

Just be here.

Be now.

Its ancient wisdom is part of you.

It was left inside you when the universe was created.

It's in your cells.

It's in your DNA.

It's within everything that's inside you.

You only ever need to close your eyes and see that this ancient wisdom is deep within you.

The healing,

The love,

The source of life is deep inside you.

The wisdom of the ancient yogi,

Of all the ancient cultures is deep inside you,

Programmed into your DNA.

You don't need to look or search.

All of the answers to the universe lie deep inside yourself.

There's no searching,

No looking left to do.

You only ever need to close your eyes and see that you can be here.

Be now.

And enjoy the game of life.

Letting go of goals,

Desires,

Just being present.

Enjoying how the world unfolds,

How the game of life is played out and how it is simply a game to be enjoyed.

Allow your heart to soften,

Be filled with love.

As you realise that it's not the goals or the desires that bring you happiness because they just lead you to run,

To chase.

Your heart asks you,

Do you want to spend your life running,

Chasing or do you want to always feel content just being in the here,

Being in the now,

Being eternally present,

Just watching the game of life unfolding,

Being played out.

Deep inside your heart,

Deep inside your soul lie all of the answers.

The love,

The happiness,

The truth you've always searched for.

It's here,

Programmed inside your cells,

It's here in your DNA,

The life force that created you.

Left traces of itself within you.

Just need to close your eyes and look within and you will always find your answers.

Just be here,

Be now,

Be eternally present.

Always enjoy the game of life.

Rub both palms together,

Keeping the feeling of love and light alive inside yourself.

The feeling of enjoying the game of life,

The feeling of being fulfilled as you let go of the future.

Rub both palms together,

Take them over the eyes,

Bring the warmth back into the eyes and remembering the voice that tells you,

Be here,

Be now.

Let go of desires and goals.

You slowly open your eyes,

Slowly take the palms away,

Enjoying the present moment,

Enjoying the breath,

Enjoying everything that life has to give,

Enjoying the unfolding and the playing of the game of life.
