Hello and welcome back to your journey yoga.

My name is Natalia and today I will be guiding you through a meditation to connect with source energy.

This practice is best done seated,

But if you would like to lie down,

That is also totally okay.

So just take a moment to tune in and find what feels most supportive for you and we'll begin.

As you begin to settle into your meditation shape,

If it's comfortable to close the eyes,

Let those eyelids become nice and heavy and take a deep refreshing inhale in and allow the exhale to just fall out of your mouth.

Letting yourself really arrive,

Not only physically,

But energetically and mentally to the space that you are in,

To the moment you are in and awaken yourself to everything that is present,

Sound,

Sensation,

Thoughts,

Emotions.

Just connect with everything that is here in your experience right now and as you're being here,

You might connect with an ease of beingness.

Beingness means that you don't need to be doing anything.

You don't need to change or get rid of any of your thoughts or emotions.

You don't need to look for sound or look for sensation.

You can just be with all of it and there is a sense of ease that comes with this way of beingness.

It's actually our most natural state and we just spend a lot of time existing outside of it.

So see if you can connect with that here.

Letting everything be as it is,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere else to be,

But here.

Awakening to and welcoming in all that is with you in the present moment and just allow yourself to become more expansive,

More spacious.

Letting your awareness unravel more and more with each breath,

Fully embodying the role of being the observer,

Connecting with your beingness that rests behind all of it,

The steady,

Calm,

Open awareness that rests beyond all of the doing,

All of the thinking and feeling,

This highest,

Wisest self.

If it feels particularly difficult for you to settle in ground right now,

That's okay.

The breath can be a wonderful tool.

So maybe you start to deepen the inhales,

Lengthen exhales,

Allow the breath to fill up all the nooks and crannies of the body,

Taking up as much space with the breath as you can physically,

Taking up as much space as you want to energetically.

And as you're dropping in here,

You may find that the body communicates with you in particular ways,

Maybe through points of tension,

Restlessness,

Or any sort of jagged or rigid sensation,

Anything that feels dense.

Again,

Just create a little bit of space for maybe these more difficult sensations to be present.

And if there is an area in particular that feels the most uncomfortable or unpleasant,

Just let your awareness be with it,

Acknowledge its existence,

Give it space to be part of this experience.

And as you do that,

Maybe you find that the sensation shifts a little bit,

Or maybe you find that it's actually not as dense as it seems,

That it actually ebbs and flows and changes in texture and depth,

Oftentimes just by acknowledging and creating space for that which is uncomfortable changes it,

Or at least welcomes a new perspective of it.

If you do come across intense tension or even microtension in the body,

Just give the body permission to soften,

Trusting that it knows what to do and how to do it,

And let the breath be a co-creator of this experience.

If you're zoning your awareness in on a particular part of the body,

You might notice if you've started holding or clenching elsewhere in the body,

Maybe in the face or in the shoulders,

Let the body expand with each breath,

Let yourself connect with this ease of beingness,

Acknowledging yourself as inextricably connected to the present moment and all that is here.

The mind may also present its own forms of tension,

Restlessness,

And that's also okay.

Create a little bit of space for those thoughts or emotions to arise,

And then reconnect with that ease of beingness.

You can observe the narratives,

The stories,

The thoughts,

Without following them too deeply.

Create enough spaciousness within yourself for them to arise and pass through,

Relaxing the space of the mind just as much as you are relaxing the rest of the physical body.

And now we're going to start to direct our breath down into the space of the hips,

Breathing down to your sacrum,

The tailbone,

Into your sits bones,

Letting your inhales completely fill the space of your hips.

As you find this deep,

Deep,

Rooted breath,

Notice any sensation you may feel in your hips,

In the pelvic area,

At your root chakra,

And just keep breathing,

Continue expanding in this space.

And eventually,

Start to make your inhales even bigger,

Imagining them extending from your root,

Breathing down into the soil of the earth,

Breathing in tandem with mother earth,

And connecting with her energy of unconditional love,

Of earthly gifts,

Of abundance.

Breathing into the earth,

Feeling her energy rising up to meet you here.

Just noticing what this energy feels like as you connect with it,

And let it hold your entire base,

This entire lower half of your body,

And give yourself permission to anchor into it.

Directing your breath all the way down through the soil,

Into the core of the earth,

Again acknowledging your inextricable connection with mother earth,

Feeling her love,

Welcoming her support.

What does it feel like to breathe with the earth?

And just create space for any visuals that may arise for you.

Trust in your intuition,

Trust in your senses,

And now begin making your breath even more expansive,

Breathing into the upper area of the body,

Through the chest,

All the way up through the crown of your head while still breathing with the earth,

Letting the support of mother earth help you breathe even bigger than you were before.

Extending your breath up and out through the crown of your head,

Reaching all the way up towards the sky,

The sun,

The stars,

Connecting with the upper world,

The celestial realm,

This realm of higher wisdom,

Of intuition,

Divine guidance,

Connecting your breath with this energy,

Breathing with the stars,

Ebbing and flowing with the cosmos,

Connecting with the warmth of the sun,

Letting all of this energy and this wisdom radiate down through your crown,

Again just allowing for whatever intuitive visuals may arise for you here.

Letting the groundedness of your connection with mother earth allow you to expand upwards to the cosmos,

Feeling your expansiveness as you energetically stretch up and down and all around,

And start to imagine these two divine energies coming to meet in your center,

Creating a little spark,

And allow this spark to grow in size until it becomes a big ball of light in your center,

Perhaps noticing its color,

Its shape,

Its size,

Its texture,

Its movement,

Feeling the interconnectedness of these two divine energies meeting inside of you,

And once again acknowledging your inextricable connection to it.

This is you.

This is your beingness.

This is your light.

Allow the warmth of this inner center light to radiate through the entire physical body,

Filling every crevice with love,

With warmth,

With light,

With joy,

Letting it beam out beyond the physical body into the space you are in,

Encapsulating anything and anyone nearby with this same loving light,

This essence of your true being,

Rippling out this high divine energy,

And let it extend as far out as you can imagine,

Beyond the walls of where you are,

Into whatever city you are in,

And even beyond that,

Radiating out as far as you can imagine and knowing that it goes even beyond that.

Feeling the radiance of your true beingness,

And knowing that this true nature that you are connecting with is capable of holding space for and transmuting any and all parts of your experience and of who you are,

And that includes anything that may feel uncomfortable,

Difficult to look at,

Difficult to face.

All of these things also have space here.

None of it needs to be cast away or shunned to the shadows.

Welcome all parts of yourself,

All parts of your experience,

All things in the world that may be challenging or hard to look at.

Welcome it all into this light and allow any of it that wants to be transmuted to be transmuted.

Knowing that this light source is capable of transmuting,

Of receiving and alchemizing anything and everything into something new.

Stay with this energy and any visualization that is present for you right now.

Don't decide where it ends,

Just continue breathing expansively,

Connecting with the vastness of your being and the radiance of your true light.

Very slowly you can begin to allow your visuals to dissolve and fade.

Letting this light source,

This energy to condense back down into your center.

Knowing that it is always there.

You can always access it,

You can always share it.

This is your natural state of being,

Behind all of the workings of your humanness,

All of the workings of the world.

You have felt it,

You can return to it.

You can invite little bits of movement into the body.

If you want to,

You can even slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly let your eyes open.

Welcome yourself back into the physical space you are in.

And if you feel called,

You can bring your thumbs to your third eye,

Bowing to your own high divine beingness and the divine beingness of all.

Thank you for showing up.
