In today's activation,

We're going on a journey to explore feeling wrong in yourself.

We're stepping into a world that mirrors your inner discomfort and will allow you to transform it.

So take a moment,

Get yourself comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Find that quiet place and sit down or lay down.

And close your eyes and take a few nice deep breaths.

Just get settled in.

And start to notice your body,

Allowing yourself to release any held tight energies or any tension.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Let yourself sink into that.

And then in your mind's eye,

Imagine you're standing at a portal.

You step closer,

You notice the shape and color of this portal.

Then you step through it.

And you're transported into a world that feels wrong and uncomfortable to you.

You notice again your surroundings,

The colors and the shapes and the energies that evoke this discomfort.

You feel a tightness in yourself contracting.

And as you move through this world,

You recognize that it mirrors aspects in you.

And these aspects that you don't want to be.

Areas in your life where you can't let yourself feel or be.

This idea of being wrong.

Maybe there's certain people in your life that you can see these traits in,

And you can never be like them.

The idea of being anything like them is very wrong.

And you feel this and you notice these feelings in yourself.

And as you navigate this uncomfortable realm,

And as you navigate this uncomfortable realm,

You encounter reflections of fears and discomfort within you.

You are reminded of these situations that bring up unease.

And you acknowledge the parallel story within yourself.

You begin to realize these reflections are mirrors showing you aspects you may have avoided.

And instead of resisting or fearing these reflections,

You choose to sit with them.

You allow the discomfort to be present,

Understanding that these are parts of you seeking acknowledgement,

Seeking comfort,

Seeking love or care.

And you embrace the fears,

Knowing that acceptance is the first step towards freedom.

Transforming them.

You sit with them for a little bit,

Noticing,

And as you accept and integrate these uncomfortable aspects,

You visualize suddenly this profound inner alchemy taking place,

Inner shifts and changes within you.

And you picture the discomfort transforming into wisdom,

Your fear into courage,

And unease into self acceptance.

You take a moment and feel this transformation and let it happen.

You feel the shift within and allow this deep,

Deep transformation to unfold.

Take a moment and really settle into that feeling and letting it transform.

Letting those wrong feelings and aspects become new and deep and loved.

As this transformation is happening within you,

You notice how the world around you then begins as well to change in response.

Colors shift,

Shapes soften,

And the discomfort in the external world starts to dissolve.

You recognize the connection between your inner state and your external environment.

With this new awareness of your internal shifts,

You embrace the changes in the external world.

You feel a sense of liberation and empowerment as the discomfort gives way to a more harmonious and aligned reality.

You take a moment and express gratitude for this journey and the insights that you gained.

You also acknowledge the courage it took to confront and accept uncomfortable aspects of yourself.

You feel this newly shifted environment around you inside and outside.

And you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Carrying these lessons of self acceptance with you.

With a closing affirmation,

You say to yourself or out loud,

As I accept and transform the discomfort within,

My external world aligns with the peace within me.

I am the creator of my reality.

You take another breath and you open your eyes,

Bringing the sense of transformation and acceptance into your present reality,

Knowing that as you change within the world around you reflects that shift.

You settle into yourself and you go into your day knowing that you have transformed and you come back to you.
