When we focus on the idea of external validation as a source of our sense of worth, we begin to navigate our lives by the rules of others, rather than our own internal compass. We disconnect from our hearts, intuition and sense of self. The truth of the matter, is that we are always whole. This as a practice of noticing where you're feeling small, shying away from opportunity, and to create a shift by tapping into states of remembrance - of love and your inherit worthiness. We'll start with an active circular breath pattern to clear away stagnant energy, then down regulate your nervous system to welcome in a new perspective, sense of wholeness, and self-love. I exist as I am.

That is enough.

Walt Whitman So much of what we've been taught is that if we behave in a certain way or perform in a manner that is socially acceptable,

It results in receiving love and validation.

When we focus on the idea of external validation as a source of our sense of worth,

We begin to navigate our lives by the rules of others rather than our own internal compass.

We disconnect from our hearts,

Intuition,

And sense of self.

The truth of the matter is that we are always whole.

You were born.

The chances of your conception is 1 in 150 million.

That inherently is a miracle.

Today's invitation is to breathe into the spaces of your life where you feel unworthy.

Find yourself a comfortable posture and start to settle into your body,

Placing one or both of your hands on your heart,

And with every breath,

Dropping in,

Coming home to you.

Let's begin.

Deep inhales through your mouth,

Sending the breath all the way down into your belly.

Where are you disconnected from yourself?

Allow yourself to receive.

Send the breath all the way down into the belly to clear away what no longer serves you.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Last time.

Deep inhale.

Fill up.

Hold your breath at the top.

Switch to nasal breathing.

In through your nose.

Exhale.

Allow love to flow in.

You are worthy.

You matter.

You are loved.

Keep sending your breath all the way down into your belly,

Allowing the exhale to be longer than the inhale.

Love yourself in this moment.

Feel how that lands in all of your cells.

Allow that sense of love to wash over you.

Couple more breaths.

Final breath.

Hold in 10.

Take your inhale.

Fill up your lungs.

Exhale.

Release.

Last time.

Deep inhale.

Exhale all the air out.

Hold your breath at the bottom.

What messages does your heart have for you?

When you're ready,

Slowly come back to your breath.

Inhale.

Fill up.

Exhale.

Side out.

You have a unique gift to bring to this world.

It would be a disservice to hide it and not let it be seen.
