Sometimes,
Emotions arrive uninvited,
Like loud,
Unexpected guests.
And our first instinct is to shut the door.
But what if,
Instead of pushing them away,
You pulled up a chair and listened?
As Rumi wrote,
The wound is the place where the light enters you.
Today,
We learn to make room for that light.
To feel what's here,
Without getting lost inside it.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let your body soften.
Let your breath become your invitation to this moment.
Emotions don't need control.
They need connection.
As feelings begin to rise,
Don't name them as good or bad.
Just notice the texture.
It's not a sign of breaking.
It's a sign of being.
Every wave means you're still alive.
Every ache means your heart still tries.
So feel it fully.
Just breathe where it lives.
Don't analyze.
Because your body always knows before your mind admits.
And frame it kindly.
This belongs.
Because every feeling,
Even the sharp ones,
Is proof that you're paying attention.
Then flow it forward.
And let the emotion move through you.
Not into you.
Motion.
Stillness.
They're all exits for energy.
And Rumi reminds us again,
Don't turn away.
Keep your gaze on the bandaged place.
That's where the light gets in.
The goal isn't to feel better.
It's to feel fully.
And from that fullness,
Clarity begins to rise.
So when the next wave of emotion comes,
Meet it like an old friend.
I see you.
I'll breathe with you.
And I'll let you go.
When it's time.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to force.
Just feel.
Then flow it through.
Begin to feel the weight of your body again.
The steadiness beneath you.
And the softness within you.
Emotions rise.
And emotions fall.
But awareness remains.
In daily life,
When feelings appear.
Pause to feel.
Not to flee.
Name it softly.
And then let it be.
And flow it through.
Because healing isn't found by avoiding what hurts.
By feeling what's true.
May your mind,
Body,
And spirit be abundant with peace.
And the courage to feel.
Today.
And every day.
