Welcome to this meditation.

Find a comfortable seat.

Sit up nice and tall.

Close the eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Become still.

Commit to this position that you are now sitting in.

Do not move.

Just sit still with your eyes closed and breathe.

We're going to add the mantra,
