Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian,
And find a place where you can keep your body still.
You can do this seated or on a chair,
On a meditation cushion,
Or lying down.
Any place where you're comfortable,
Any place where you can be still,
Find that place.
And once you do,
Softly and gently close your eyes,
And allow yourself to arrive.
Allow yourself to be.
Bring in your mind to meet your body.
And noticing your breath,
Observing your breath,
Just observing and noticing your breath.
And asking yourself,
How does my breath feel?
And asking yourself,
How does my breath feel?
And allow yourself to easily and effortlessly,
Finding a comfortable,
Steady,
Natural breath.
Fully relaxing your body,
Allowing your body to rest,
Allowing your body to return to its natural state,
A natural relaxed state.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax and settle and sink deeper and deeper,
More and more relaxed.
As you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice,
And as you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice,
You easily and effortlessly,
So natural and intuitively relaxing more and more,
Deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Fully relax,
Fully let go as you breathe,
And as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Fully relax,
Fully let go as you breathe,
And as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your thoughts,
Relaxing your mind and relaxing your thoughts even more and more.
Fully relaxing,
Fully let go as you breathe,
Relaxing your mind and relaxing your thoughts even more and more,
Because your thoughts,
They're just thoughts,
And you are much more powerful than your thoughts.
So say silently to yourself,
I will relax,
I will relax,
Relaxing deeper and deeper and deeper still.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can fake a smile,
Or maybe it's a genuine smile.
Maybe you think of something that makes you smile,
But if you can't think of anything that makes you smile,
Just fake a smile.
And in just a moment when you fake a smile,
You realize your body starts to react,
Your body starts to feel better and better as you smile.
And in just a moment maybe you genuinely smile,
Maybe you remember something that brings you a smile,
You'll feel that smile on your face,
And you'll feel that smile in your entire body.
I'm going to count from one to five.
When I reach five,
You'll smile.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Smile.
Smile your entire face from ear to ear.
Smile deeper and deeper.
Feel this smile in your entire body.
All that stress,
All that tension starts to melt away.
The anxiety,
The fear starts to drift away as you smile,
Smiling deeply,
Deeper,
More and more.
Feel it in your entire body.
Feel this smile.
Feel the smile now.
And as you feel this smile,
Maybe say silently to yourself,
I will look for the good in everything I see.
I will look for the good in everything I see.
I will look for the good in everything I see.
I will look for the good in everything I see.
I will look for the good in everything I see.
Keep smiling.
Feel it.
Feel it in your entire body.
Deep,
Deep down into your entire core.
Every single muscle fiber,
Every single cell full of this smile.
And now relax the face.
You can let go of the smile if you'd like or you can continue to smile all throughout the day.
It's all up to you.
And taking this energy with you for the rest of your day.
And sharing this smile with someone else,
Maybe friends or loved ones or a stranger.
Share this smile,
Your smile,
Your joy to the world.
