So just allow the eyes to close.
Soften the eyes,
Close the eyes.
Just allowing yourself to arrive to the space,
To your room,
To your mat,
Wherever you're at.
Just arrive.
Sometimes our minds everywhere,
Maybe at the meeting yesterday or what you're doing in the future,
Just arrive here.
Wipe away the to-do list.
Just paying attention to your breath,
Just watching your natural breath here.
And now start to scan the body.
Just observe the body,
Checking in,
Seeing how you're feeling.
You're feeling different than yesterday.
It's going to be different than tomorrow.
So just check in with yourself right now.
How are you feeling?
And maybe even ask that question to yourself.
How am I feeling?
Just any tension you feel,
Just release any of that tension into the mat.
Just feel the body connected to the Earth,
Wherever the body is touching the Earth.
Just feel that grounding energy,
Feel that connection to the foundation,
To the Earth.
And any of that tension,
Just send it into the ground.
Wherever your body is touching the Earth,
Just send this tension into the ground.
Let the Earth handle it.
Let the Earth take care of it,
Smelting away that tension.
Feel that wave of relaxation throughout the body,
Coming back to the present moment,
Arriving here.
And now start to pay attention to the thoughts.
So just observe your thoughts rolling in and rolling out.
Just observing like you're standing on the sidewalk and you're just watching your thoughts.
Just on the road,
Just driving by.
It's one thought after another.
They're just driving by.
They're not stopping for you.
You're just observing them.
You're seeing them.
Drive in,
Drive out,
In and out.
Body is starting to relax.
Breath is starting to smooth out.
Feeling connected to the space where you're at.
It's nice and steady.
Feel that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Whole body starts to relax.
Just observing the breath,
Observing the body,
And then observing the mind.
Just melting away any of that tension.
Feel that relaxation throughout the body.
You're exactly where you need to be right now.
Just allow the eyelids to soften even more,
And allow the shoulders to relax even more.
Feeling under the forgive,
Just 하йdayувъ removal,
Feel in her body feel in everything you see.
And allow the shoulders to relax even more.
Jaw starts to relax.
And you're feeling this relaxation from the crown of your head to the tip of the toes.
If the mind starts to wander,
If the mind starts to come out of your meditation,
Come out of the present moment,
Just come back to your breath.
Just observe your breath,
Just in and out.
Focus will be on the breath.
And then bring the focus to the body.
And then watch the thoughts in the mind.
And observe the mind.
And just notice,
Is there any tension in the body that's hiding,
Any tension in the body that you can search for and find and send it down to the Earth?

And our mantra is,
I am a thunderbolt of good vibes.
You might smile when you hear that mantra,
But that's the mantra for today.

Slowly coming out of our meditation.
And then circles with the hands,

Come out of it the same way every time.
