Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
A place where you can remain still.
You can do this lying down on your back or seated.
Once you find that comfortable spot,
Softly,
Gently close your eyes.
Bring in your awareness,
Your attention to your breath.
You can breathe in and out through the nose or in and out through the mouth to start.
It's your natural breath.
You've been breathing all your life.
You know what to do.
Just observe your breath right now.
Pay attention.
Notice the inhale and the exhale.
Any sounds in your room or any sounds outside your room simply are supposed to be there and they relax you even more and more.
As you know,
You deserve to relax.
Now keep the mouth closed and breathe in and out through your nose,
Finding a comfortable,
Steady,
Natural breath.
Each and every breath you take,
You start to relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take,
Your body starts to settle.
Your body starts to let go.
Now,
Take a scan of your body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Scan the body,
Notice the body,
And any tension in your body,
Allow that tension to simply dissolve,
To fade away into space.
Whole body starts to relax.
Whole body starts to settle.
Each and every breath you take.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
In just a moment,
Let's relax our minds even more and more.
In just a moment,
I want you to imagine the number 10 in the corner of your mind.
In just a moment,
You'll see this number 10.
Once you see this number 10,
It'll start to slowly count down.
That 10 will transform into a 9.
The 9 will transform into an 8.
The 8 will transform into a 7,
And so on.
Now,
Imagine the number 10 in the corner of your mind.
Once you see it,
It starts to transform.
It starts to count down.
Each number,
It counts down.
You relax even more and more until you're at zero.
You soon notice your mind has surrendered.
Your mind has let go.
As your conscious mind relaxes,
Your unconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
In just a moment,
I wonder if you can think of all the things you're grateful for.
In just a moment,
I want you to see each and everything you're grateful for.
It could be just one thing or several things.
Now,
Feel it,
See it in your mind's eye,
All the things you're grateful for.
All those wonderful things you're grateful for.
Now allow that picture to fade away.
Allow the story to fade away,
But stay with the feeling of this gratitude.
Stay with the sensation of this gratitude.
Where in the body do you feel this gratitude?
In your mind's eye,
Point to where you feel this gratitude in your body.
Once you know exactly where you feel this gratitude,
You may start to see a color.
You may see a single color or multiple colors or maybe it's transparent.
See and feel this color.
Some people don't see a color and that's okay.
Just stay with the sensation,
The feeling of gratitude in your body.
See this color,
Feel this color,
Feel this sensation.
In this color,
The sensation,
This feeling,
It starts to float out of your body.
This gratitude,
This feeling,
This color starts to float out of your body above your head.
This energy,
This gratitude,
This color above your head,
It starts to expand all the way to the ceiling or the sky from wall to wall.
Your entire space is flooded with this gratefulness,
With this color,
The sensation fills up the entire room so much that it starts to rain down on your body,
Filling your entire body with gratitude.
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber floods the body with gratitude.
Feeling all the sensations.
Feel it in your body.
Some people feel a tingling in their toes and their fingers.
Others feel a tingling up and down their spine.
Some people even start to sweat.
Others may cry.
Feel all this gratitude throughout your entire body and notice how you feel.
Feeling this gratitude in your entire body and in just a moment starting to say the affirmation on the inhale,
I am,
And on the exhale,
Grateful.
Inhale I am and exhale grateful.
Now say this mantra,
This affirmation silently to yourself.
Inhale I am and exhale grateful.
Inhale I am and exhale grateful.
Inhale I am and exhale grateful.
Now allow this mantra,
This affirmation to sink deep into your heart space like you're planting a seed or downloading a computer program.
This affirmation into your heart space.
And it will continue to work for you all throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
Throughout your month,
Throughout your year.
This feeling,
This sensation,
This gratefulness is always there for you because you planted it deep inside your heart space.
