Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Yogi Brian and this is a couples meditation.

So grab your partner,

Find your partner and take a seat.

Position yourself so you're looking at your partner.

And now close your eyes and bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.

Just notice your breath.

Observe your breath.

Nothing to do or control.

Just observe your breathing.

And maybe hearing your partner's breathing.

And just feel your partner's presence.

Feel their presence.

Now take a nice deep inhale together through your nose.

Exhale,

Open your mouth,

Sigh it out.

Let's do it again.

Mouth closed,

Breathe in through your nose together.

And exhale,

Sigh it out together.

Now with your mouth closed,

Find a comfortable,

Steady,

Natural and intuitive breath in and out through your nose.

A comfortable,

Steady,

Natural and intuitive breath.

And if you can hear your partner breathing,

That's good.

Breathe so you can hear each other breathe.

Now start to sync your breathing together,

Matching your inhales and your exhales.

And in just a moment,

You'll open your eyes and you'll gaze into each other's eyes.

And it might feel awkward,

That's okay.

You might laugh.

But just keep the gaze into your partner's eyes.

Now open your eyes and look into your partner's eyes.

And you can laugh or you can sigh.

Now open your eyes and look into your partner's eyes.

And you can laugh.

Any nervous energy,

You can laugh it out,

Smile.

It's okay if it feels awkward.

Just look into your partner's eyes and notice how you feel.

And as you look into your partner's eyes,

Silently go through all the things you're grateful for,

For your partner.

Create a gratitude list in your mind as you're gazing into your partner's eyes.

All the things you're grateful for internally.

And starting to feel this gratitude list,

You can look at your partner's eyes.

Feel this gratitude.

Looking into each other's eyes,

Feeling this gratitude for each other.

And now with one hand,

Reach out and touch your partner's heart.

Maybe move closer.

Each of you touch each other's heart.

And now close your eyes.

And just notice your partner's heartbeat.

Notice this connection.

Notice your feelings.

Finding all the gratitude for your partner.

And in just a moment,

Keeping your hand on your partner's heart,

You'll open your eyes.

And you'll share all the things you're grateful for.

You'll take turns and share all the things you're grateful for,

For your partner.

Now,

One of you starts to share.

The other listens.

And then take turns going back and forth of all the things you're grateful for.

I'll give you time.

Now release your hand from your partner's heart.

Placing your hands in a comfortable position.

Now close your eyes.

And I wonder if you can imagine the time when you two first met.

Feel it,

See it,

Like it's here right now.

Imagine the first time you met.

Imagine all the feelings.

And now come back to the present moment.

Noticing your breath.

Noticing your partner.

Eyes are closed.

And just notice how you feel.

Noticing how you feel in the present moment.

Now imagine your heart space.

Bring your attention and awareness to your heart.

Once you bring your awareness and attention to your heart,

You may start to see a color in your heart space.

First color that comes to your mind,

First color you see.

It could be one color or multiple colors.

Or maybe you don't see a color at all.

And that's okay.

Just stay with the sensation.

But if you were to see a color,

What color?

What color would it be?

And now send this color,

Send this energy,

Send this love from your heart space to your partner's heart.

Send this energy,

Send this color to each other.

All this love,

All this connection,

This color from your heart to your partner's heart.

Feel the sensations.

Some people feel warmth,

Heat.

Some people laugh,

Others cry.

Feel this love,

Feel this color from your heart to your partner's heart.

Now hold your partner's hands.

Hold your partner's hands.

As you hold your partner's hands,

Say this affirmation silently to yourself.

Our connection grows deeper and stronger every day.

Our connection grows deeper and stronger every day.

Our connection grows deeper and stronger every day.

And allow this affirmation to sink deep into your heart space,

Deep into your soul,

Deep into your mind.

And this affirmation will work in the background all throughout your day.

Whenever you need to feel this connection,

You can feel it in your heart space.

Whenever you need to feel this connection,

You can always come back to this affirmation.

You can always come back to this meditation.

Because you can do this meditation as many times as you need.

And each time you do it,

Your connection will grow deeper each and every time.

And you can stay here as long as you like.

Sometimes people like to share their experience,

The color that they saw.

So take some time with your partner now.

And as the music fades out,

Share anything you'd like to share with your partner.
