Allow yourself to come into a position of dignity and steadiness.

You may choose to sit on a mat,

A cushion or a chair.

You may choose to do this meditation standing up or lying down.

Let your body relax and find stillness in this moment.

Breathing in,

I follow my in-breath.

Breathing out,

I follow my out-breath.

In,

In.

Breathing in,

I feel a sense of peace within me.

Breathing out,

I allow myself to enjoy the peace within me.

There is peace here.

I am free to enjoy it at any time.

Breathing in,

I welcome spaciousness inside my body.

Breathing out,

I can let go.

I release any weight or heaviness,

All of this baggage that I am carrying.

Breathing in,

I am in touch with the present moment.

There is calmness and steadiness here.

Breathing out,

I let my anxieties dissipate.

I let go of my worries.

There is nothing to fear.

This moment is taking care of me and I am taking care of this present moment.

Breathing in,

I receive the nourishment available in my breath.

Breathing out,

I release shame.

I am worthy to be alive.

I am loved.

Breathing in,

I smile.

There is nothing more important than my joy and my peace.

I smile to everything,

Including my suffering.

Breathing out,

I release.

There is no need to resist,

No need to control.

What is here is already a blessing.

This present moment is a wonderful moment.

Breathing in,

I am grateful.

Breathing out,

I am at peace.
