This guided meditation is focused on Vissudha Chakra. This chakra is located at the throat; its primary color is blue; its Bija mantra is Yam and it is primarily concerned with being able to communicate clearly; to be able to speak your truth, and to hear the the truth being spoken by others. In this practice you are guided to use colors, affirmations and sound to help restore balance to Vissudha Chakra.
