Welcome to this guided awareness practice.

Gently settle in and allow your body to feel at ease using whatever supports blankets,

Pillows,

Surfaces around you to make yourself very very comfortable.

Perhaps placing a blanket over your body to stay warm,

Pillows underneath your knees or your head to support you.

We're going to do a guided awareness to help draw you inwards.

Just follow the sound of my voice.

As the practice deepens you may not hear everything I say and that's completely fine.

You may even feel as if you have fallen asleep.

That's also fine.

Whatever happens for you is just right for you right now and will be beneficial.

There may be periods of silence throughout the practice,

But know that I am still here and I will continue to guide you.

Take a full deep breath in and release your breath out and again full breath in,

Releasing your breath out.

Allow your breath to be easy and natural.

As you relax more deeply,

Your breath may become very subtle and faint or it may become longer and deeper.

Whatever happens with your breath is fine and just right for you right now.

As you fill with awareness,

You would discover you are an expression of the wisdom and creativity of the universe.

Be aware of the space around you.

Allow the sounds,

Temperature,

Light and everything you sense to be just as they are.

Allow your whole body to soften deeply into the supports beneath you.

Now allow your attention to drift softly down to the tips of your toes.

Let each and every toe fill with awareness.

Become aware of both feet.

Let your feet fill with awareness.

Let your attention move to both of your legs.

Fill your right leg with awareness,

Your ankle,

Your calf,

Your knee and your thigh.

Fill your left leg with awareness,

Your ankle,

Your calf,

Your knee and your thigh.

Both legs filled with the awareness that you are an expression of the wisdom and creativity of the universe.

Let your attention move to your hips,

Your back,

Your belly and your chest.

Fill your hips,

Your back,

Your belly and your chest with your awareness.

Let your attention move to your fingers.

Let each and every toe fill with awareness.

Fill your fingers with awareness.

Let each and every finger fill with awareness.

Become aware of both hands.

Let your hands fill with awareness.

Let your attention move to both of your arms.

Fill your right arm with awareness,

Your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Your shoulder.

Both arms filled with awareness.

Let your attention move to your neck,

Face and head.

Fill your neck,

Face and head with awareness.

Each and every toe,

Your feet,

Legs,

Hips,

Belly,

Back,

Chest,

Back,

Head,

Chest,

Hands,

Arms,

Neck,

Head and face.

Your whole body,

All filled with the awareness that you are an expression of the wisdom and creativity of the universe.

Gently become aware of your breath,

Taking a full deep breath in and releasing your breath out.

And once again,

Taking a full breath in and releasing your breath out.

Softly begin to move your fingers and toes,

Your hands and feet,

Moving in any way that feels natural to you right now.

When you feel ready,

Gently rolling over to your right side and taking a few breaths here on your right.

And gently and slowly making your way up to whatever seated position you like best.

Softly placing your palms on your heart center,

Filling with the awareness that you are an expression of the wisdom and creativity of the universe.

Be present as you prepare to move into the rest of your day or evening or whatever's next.
