Welcome to this Yuga Nithra practice.

We are going to focus on methods supporting individuation,

Awakening and facilitating healing.

Find yourself in a safe space and detach from the outside world.

Your comfort and well-being is central to this practice.

Choose a blanket or a thin scarf to drape over you to preserve your body temperature and allow yourself to feel protected during the journey inward.

Consider a thin pillow to rest your head on and maybe support your lower legs with some soft pillows or bolsters.

Come to a resting pose,

Lie down in Shavasana and prepare to remain still for the remainder of this practice.

Adjust yourself and release any tension in your body.

Your arms are spread out to the side,

Palms facing upwards,

Feet hip-wide apart,

The toes can roll outside.

Open your throat by straightening your neck and let the breath flow in easily.

Soften and relax your jaw.

With your eyes open,

Observe your surrounding space.

Let all the visual aspects of your environment flow into your cognition.

Seek to perceive every nuance with curiosity and openness and receive any input with a state of surrender.

We are going to bridge the layers of consciousness which facilitates healing,

Helps you in understanding yourself and uncover subtle areas.

These can span your past,

Present and aspired future potential and can be brought to your conscious cognition to awaken to the force of your true and supreme self.

Fields of repression can be opened and their content can be resolved by moving automated and reactive responses from body memory to brain memory,

By sorting and re-establishing purified correlations towards provocation and irritation.

This helps reduce the level of unconscious reaction potential and allows for a greater feeling of being able to choose one's path.

With balanced relatedness and individualization to our social environment,

We can gradually uncover obstacles and gently liberate ourselves from self-inflicted predicaments and loosen unwanted covenants and recognize illusions made up by conditioning of self and other.

You can experience influences of different timelines and open up to aspects of your past and present and thereby realize that a shift in perspective liberates your safe space from dualistic judgment.

Reassigning neurons takes time and repeated effort.

Note that you may be aligned perfectly with your timeline already,

Even if a change appears to take longer or transpires more suddenly than expected.

We can become impatient when we wait for inner changes expecting outcomes,

Ignoring that on a subconscious level we already have implemented the necessary changes.

Take the time to connect to yourself.

Be respectful and practice gratitude for the person you have become until today,

Acknowledging the pathways you have gone so far,

Leading you to this exact point in space and time.

You may find that the synthesis of your decisions,

The compound of action and reaction,

Is merely the surface of what has shaped your body and mind so far.

One entity below remained,

However,

Which cannot be altered nor harmed and always stays the same.

You are going to connect with your true same key,

Which opens your kingdom within and lies at the core of the spiritual heart.

To explore the nature of supreme self,

It is important that your body remains still and your mind stays awake for the remainder of this practice.

While the body remains still,

The critical mind becomes less aware,

Opening channels to allow deeper understanding and connecting with areas of the consciousness that are unconscious,

Subconscious,

And collectively conscious.

Soften the gaze and slowly invite your eyes to close.

Let your vision sink to the backside of the brain into the visual cortex and release the optical instruments from the outside world.

Let your eyes sink into their sockets and let them rest.

Begin focusing on the sounds you can hear in your environment.

Focus on distant sounds,

Which originate from outside of your space.

What is the farthest sound you can perceive?

Focus now on closer sounds.

Receive and feel the flow of the plethora of frequencies around us.

Instead of assumptions,

Ask yourself what the noise essentially is that you perceive.

Instead of judging the nature of the sound and interpreting its meaning,

Open up to curiosity.

Instead of expectation,

Be curious what the orchestra of your environment is currently playing.

Instead of analyzing the source of the sounds,

Just receive the sound and let it flow into your ears.

Do not try to identify the source.

Envision yourself in your space lying on the floor,

Breathing naturally.

Envision your body lying on your mat and ascend looking at your body and examine the room mentally.

Examine the ceiling and the walls of your surrounding.

Feel and fill the room entirely.

Expand your perception by getting into contact with your breath.

And ask yourself,

How does it feel to breathe?

Be a witness of self breathing with yourself.

Rest here and feel the vastness.

Come to the space of your physical heart.

If we look closely,

We can find in all our arguments and recursions between the projective field and our desire to create and elevate in the ashes of the discourse a glowing amber in the center of our hearts.

We can rekindle a fire from there.

See if you can pick up your amber and breathe life into it.

Donate your breath by breathing into the amber and acknowledge its resonance and feel the physical response in your heart.

Keep breathing into your amber and add your personal resolve to each blow.

Add your sankalpa,

Your true inner vow,

The path you envision for yourself.

What is it you wish for so deeply?

Listen closely and encode your message in the form of I am and then the attribute you so deeply wish for.

May it be a healing experience.

May it be an ascension.

May it be a deeper understanding.

Repeat the sankalpa three times mentally and send it off with an exhalation.

We are going to activate body parts by consciously focusing on the areas.

You can emphasize the effect by imagining a blue light sweeping there or by using the symbol of your force.

This can be anything which is charged with high vibrational energy for you.

Sense the specific body parts starting at the right hand thumb,

Right index finger,

Right middle finger,

Right ring finger,

Right small finger,

All five fingers together.

Back of the hand,

The palm,

Right wrist,

Right elbow,

Right shoulder joint,

Right chest,

Right hip,

Right thigh,

Right knee,

Right shin,

Right ankle,

Right top of the foot,

Right heel,

Right sole,

Right big toe,

Right index toe,

Right middle toe,

Right fourth toe,

Right small toe,

All toes together.

Sense the entire leg from the socket of the hip down to the toes.

Sense the entire right side.

Sense only the right side.

Switch over to the left side,

Left hand thumb,

Left index finger,

Left middle finger,

Left ring finger,

Left small finger,

All five fingers together,

Back of the hand,

The palm,

Left wrist,

Left elbow,

Left shoulder joint,

Left chest,

Left hip,

Left thigh,

Left knee,

Left shin,

Left ankle,

Top of the foot,

Left heel,

Left sole,

Left big toe,

Left index toe,

Left middle toe,

Left fourth toe,

Left small toe,

All toes together.

Sense the entire leg from the socket of the hip down to the toes.

Sense the entire left side.

Sense only the left side.

Now come to stay with the breath.

Let it roll in and out with its natural flow.

Observe the breath without interference.

Envision the beach and relate your breath to the flowing waves,

Waves coming in,

Waves rolling out.

How does the breath feel when it enters your nose?

How does it feel when it elevates the belly?

How does it feel when it leaves the body?

Stay close to your breath.

Stay close to your breath and let the natural breath flow through your body.

By staying witness to respiration,

We acknowledge this function of the vital system and can slowly blend and feel into subconscious areas while remaining aware.

Notice the different stages the breath travels through the body.

When your breath flows into your belly,

It raises the abdominal wall.

Feel the stretching of your abdominal muscles.

When your breath flows into your chest,

The rib cage opens.

Feel the space in your rib cage opening with the rhythm of your breath.

When your breath reaches your upper lungs,

Notice the moment the flow reverses.

The air flows out of your lungs,

The chest collapses,

The belly deflates again.

Note the velocity of the expiration.

Notice the moment when the expiration is complete.

Notice the next inspiration coming in.

How does the air taste when it enters your nose?

Observe the air entering your nostrils,

Flowing down into your lungs,

Elevating the belly,

Opening the chest.

Let this process happen.

Observe the breath closely and feel its quality while it travels through the body,

Energizing your nervous system,

Saturating your organs with oxygen.

Move along with the observation of the wave-like breathing.

And feel any sensations.

And slide your awareness to the bottom of your spine at your sacrum and let the next inhalation rise while you continue to breathe naturally,

Just watching the breath.

The spinal cord connects to the medulla oblongata and the pons at the brain stem and is the electric highway of the nervous system.

The vast majority of major nerves converge at the spine,

Carrying signals to and from the brain.

The medulla oblongata is where cardiovascular and respiratory systems link into a unified system that controls your heart rate,

Breathing,

Blood pressure,

And more.

With the next inspiration,

Follow the breath along the spinal cord right into your brain stem.

When the tide of the breath rolls off again,

Follow it with your awareness down the spinal cord back into the sacrum.

As you inhale,

You follow along the spine up to your crown.

As you exhale,

You move your awareness down to your sacrum.

Focus on following the natural flow of the breath,

Moving your awareness up and down the spinal cord with the breath.

As you inhale,

You follow the spinal cord up to your crown.

As you exhale,

You move your awareness down to your sacrum.

As you inhale,

You follow the spinal cord up to your crown.

As you exhale,

You move your awareness down to your sacrum.

You can support this movement even further if you mentally state a mantra.

You can choose your mantra if you have one.

A very suitable one is due to its inherent vibrational correlation,

Traditionally,

Ham-sa.

It's deployed to foster the connection to breathing.

Ham on the inhale,

Sa on the exhale.

Feel how the vibration of the mantra resembles the sound of the breath.

On the inhale,

Ham.

On the exhale,

Sa.

Now rest your awareness at the backside of your body.

We are going to activate and awaken opposite sensations.

First of the physical body,

And then we continue with counterparts on emotional fields.

Slide your awareness to the right heel,

Left heel.

Right calf's muscle,

Left calf's muscle.

Right glute muscle,

Left glute muscle.

Right shoulder blade,

Left shoulder blade.

Back of the head,

Top of the head.

Forehead,

Right temple,

Left temple.

Right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow.

Right eyeball,

Left eyeball.

Right cheek,

Left cheek.

Right nostril,

Left nostril.

Upper lip.

Feel your tongue at the fire point.

Tip of the tongue resting against the palate.

Lower lip,

Your chin.

The hollow of the throat.

Right chest,

Left chest.

Abdominal area,

Pelvis area.

Feel your reproductive organs.

Right leg,

Left leg.

Feel the entire body.

Feel the entire body light up in awareness.

Focus on the torso now and explore your intestines.

Stay there for a while.

Start at your sacral center near below the navel and shift about two fingers to the right.

And follow your ascending colon on the side up.

And shift to the left below the ribcage.

And descend on the left side to the height of the navel.

Again two fingers to the left.

This section of the colon frames your digestive system.

It is also the last stage before excretion.

Rest here for a moment.

Frame your intestines by sweeping your awareness along the ascending and descending colon.

Slowly and deliberately feel the curved directions of the colon and of the digestive system.

Feel its rotation.

Feel into any movements and listen to any sounds.

Notice any sensations.

Feel the gravity of the intestines and let your awareness be attracted by the navel center's energy.

Stay with the clockwise rotation direction of the framing digestive system and sense the direction of energy coming from the navel center.

Feel if it is rotating in the same direction or sense any contra-rotating movements.

Stay witness to any arising sensations.

When we experience contrasting influences,

The mind is challenged to yield to the stronger influence.

Try to hold the sensation of two directions emerging from your navel center together at the same time.

One direction is the clockwise rotation in correlation to the colon and the other direction is counterclockwise rotating against this flow.

Hold the sensation of two counter-rotating energy movements simultaneously in your experience.

We can feel both polarities at the main centers of the nervous system,

Like contrary rotational discs.

The polarities we encounter are electrical currents constantly oscillating.

The contrary rotation of discharging and charging is perceivable at several centers in the nervous system.

At the sacral center,

We can witness the rediscovery of hidden or compulsive emotions,

Unlocking true creativity and unblocking any constraints around sexuality.

We are going to charge the rotational motions of energy with polar investigations.

Feel a moment you experienced pleasure.

Experience a moment of bliss,

Admiration,

Approval,

Adoration.

Feel a moment you were afraid.

Experience a moment of fear,

Timidity,

Apprehension,

Anxiety.

Now attach both feelings to the counter spinning discs rotating at your navel center and feel the discs spinning and hold both feelings at the same time.

Experience how the discs rotate charged with emotions and stay with the feeling.

Do the discs rotate in one plane or does the axis rotate in itself as well?

Can you feel anything else around the discs?

Acknowledge the emotions that surfaced to your awareness and select an emotion labeled as negative,

Which you want to settle and clarify.

Observing the pain without attaching to the story can reclaim the field of repression.

Witness the state associated with negative emotions.

Experience the components composing the state.

Your consciousness will save the state as a newly accessible object in your memory.

Acknowledge the positive emotions that surfaced to your awareness and select a state you experienced bliss and adoration,

Which you want to foster and stabilize.

Observing positive emotions without attaching to the provenance can solidify the field of expression.

Witness the bliss of the state of achievement.

Experience the components composing the state.

Your consciousness will save the state as a newly accessible field in your memory.

Sometimes we feel misunderstood and experienced impactful situations and we need to accommodate and reframe our emotional understanding.

And sometimes we stand in our own way to reach our highest potential and need to reframe our experience to be able to start processing.

When we encounter painful situations,

The impact is processed directly by the amygdala and the event is saved in the endocrine system.

By reinstantiating the situation and passing it through the visual and analytical cortex and allowing for sorting and reframed memorizing,

The reaction can gradually normalize and processing can help with repressive habitual responses.

Thus,

The situation is less powerful and we can regain control.

When emotions and feelings arise as they are,

They move naturally through the stages of birth,

Growth,

Decay and death and always dissolve back into the home ground of awareness.

When we practice equanimity,

We realize that the state of bliss is independent of our actual experience.

What does being right here and now feel like?

What does being understood feel like?

What does knowing yourself feel like?

What does living in your own intensity mean to you?

Bring your awareness to Chidakas,

The space located behind the forehead and rest here.

Notice any visual sensations,

Colors,

Shapes without attachment.

Slowly bring your awareness from the front of your forehead to your pineal gland,

Which is about at level between your ears.

Sit here at your pineal gland,

The gate to your divine nature and stay here and rest in your own light and feel your own intensity.

Approach this feeling with the pledge to surrender.

Now take a cord from your light and lead it slowly down to your physical heart.

Feel the energy flowing from your brain to your heart.

Can you feel the reciprocity both mutually nourishing one another?

The closer you bring the cord to the heart,

The more they are attracted to each other.

Feel the connection of light and sit in the feeling of this connection.

Now take a cord from the heart and lead it to the point hovering over your chest,

Which is known as the seat of the soul.

And feel the gravity of the connection point again.

Hold the cord of light close to the field above your chest and feel the wake of the point of attraction.

From here connect to your pineal gland and feel the energy flow.

You have created a double toroidal field.

This energy field is a representation of your divine nature.

Stay in the knowledge of the torus field.

Feel its vibration.

Feel the direction of the flow of the connection points.

The shape of a toroidal field is a volumetric surface of revolution generated by revolving a circle in three-dimensional space about an axis that is coplanar with the circle.

The axis corresponds to your main axis,

The spinal cord.

The double toroidal field is created by connection with the soul,

Which gives the static torus the directional dynamic spin.

See the light grid the toroidal field consists of and feel the direction of the flows.

Come to visualize a wire frame of light evolving from the torus field.

Slide along the grid as your light guides the way.

The grid opens to cubic spaces.

Each space holds multiple dimensions.

Each dimension can be an attribute of your experience,

An element of your reminiscence,

A quality of self,

A parameter for the record.

Each cubic space is held by the dimension of a specific time,

Which extends all of the cubes to an infinite library of tesseracts.

This field is known as the Akashic Records.

You can walk through it like in a mind palace.

Let your awareness be guided by your own light and step through your mind palace.

You can come here anytime again.

Whenever you need to get in touch,

It is open for you.

Effortless and easy.

On the field of tesseracts,

You can span multiple dimensions and multiple timelines.

Observe versions,

Attributes,

And sectors of self and investigate if a certain quality benefits by emphasizing its potential.

Also,

You can explore parallel scenarios,

Decisions untaken,

Alternatives,

Perspectives.

And also you can store and access the vast knowledge of collective consciousness.

Dive through the landscape of experience without getting attached,

Restoring,

Combining,

Composing the experienced oneness.

And expand each opportunity by the field of infinite possibilities.

Feel the unity in time-space energy within yourself.

Come back to the heart center and feel the light glowing,

Vibrating,

Gleaming.

Feel the light here inside your field.

Nothing uninvited can affect you here.

You reverberate.

You are a frequency of energy.

You are the light.

See the light shining onto a green forest floor.

And envision the earth.

Dark,

Rich,

Solid earth.

Giving space to microscopic life forms in the cosmos of flora and fauna.

See smallest carbon particles emerging in the darkness.

See cells and counter small creatures,

Insects.

Find a shimmering seed in the soil.

And imagine how the seed develops in time lapse.

Notice roots growing out of the seed.

The roots grow deeper as the seedling breaks through the heavy soil.

Now envision a pale golden stem and long leaves.

There are more stalks and leaves.

See the stalks bending in the wind,

The sun illuminating their presence.

See how the golden shine of the sun affects all stalks.

You're on a grain field.

Each grain glows golden and translucently.

You are hovering over a field of golden barley.

Many different crops,

Ripe and ready for harvest.

Move slowly over the field,

The sun warm on your back.

Setting behind your back.

Realize the hills around you are all overgrown with grain.

Grains bowing,

Waving in the wind.

Grains like particles.

Each grain is a bearer of light and glows by itself.

And they're infinite.

They're dynamic.

You realize there is no need to harvest these crops.

The glowing field of iterations and entities is an eternal resource.

Simply looking at them nourishes our souls.

Simply knowing about them nourishes our needs.

We share the essence of this field by growing the knowledge about it.

We grow the knowledge by sharing its essence,

Which is our light.

Recognize that all illusory dimensions of infinite kaleidoscopic fragmentation are a distraction to the true path of self and can eventually bind us in the eternal discourse with self and other.

This will pass to let it go.

The bliss is here,

Right within you.

No conditions.

Sankalpa.

Elevation and evolution of consciousness,

Of self,

Embody everyone.

We are connected in the pursuit of understanding.

And for each tense,

There is its timing.

Once we understand how to balance and recognize self,

We can live in presence with conscious awareness and can contribute our best self with ease,

Without feeling tense.

Bring your awareness back into your body and begin slowly to move your fingers.

Slowly move your feet.

When you are ready,

Slowly sit up and place your hands to your chest and open your eyes.

The practice of yoga nidra is complete.
