Martin Yelverton is a yoga and meditation teacher who hopes to inspire students to use the practices he teaches to live with more ease. This involves uncovering conditioned patterns in the body and mind, and learning how to release them to be more present now. Here lies the possibility of true freedom. Martin has studied a wide range of yoga practices from many traditions – including Hatha, vinyasa, tantra, yin and yoga nidra – and tries his best to refine them for the simplest, most effective techniques. His meditation work is strongly inspired by Zen Buddhist and Mahamudra traditions, as well as modern mindfulness. Believing that the work of being free should be truly free, Martin eschews prescriptive dogma.

Powerful and very thought-provoking. The seven selfs…. Each carry their own way and purpose, and suffering escapes none of them.
