Take a moment to get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to soften and relax.
Imagine your mind as a whiteboard.
This whiteboard is shiny and new,
Completely unmarked.
The tray on the bottom holds dry erase markers in a variety of colors and a brand new eraser.
Pick up a marker in any color you like.
Hold the marker in your dominant hand and pick up the eraser with the other hand.
You're going to let go of your thoughts today by writing them on the whiteboard and then erasing them.
Every thought that comes into your mind,
Write it on the whiteboard and immediately erase it.
Don't worry about neatness,
Grammar,
Spelling,
Or even writing out the whole thought.
You can use abbreviations,
Skip words,
Scribble,
Whatever you like.
Just write down every thought and then erase it as soon as you're done.
Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to soften and relax.
Write down every thought.
Keep writing down thoughts until there are no more.
If specific thoughts keep returning,
Keep writing them down.
Make sure you erase every thought as soon as you finish writing it.
Feel free to pause this meditation if you need to,
To allow yourself enough time to write down and erase every thought until you feel you're done.
When the board is blank,
When you feel you've exhausted every thought,
Take a step back from the board.
Take a deep breath.
Allow your body to relax more deeply.
Now invite your soul to write a message to you on the board.
You can invite it to write a message regarding something specific you want guidance on or simply ask for any message your soul wants to share with you.
Stay meditating.
Let your eyes turn to the æ And that description shows the roots in my body.
Step back up to the board and allow whatever message your soul has to offer to come forth.
And don't erase this message.
After the message has been written,
Step back and read it.
It's okay if it doesn't make sense right away.
You may need to allow it to simmer in the back of your mind for a bit.
Leave this message on the whiteboard.
When you're ready,
Come back to the present moment.
Stretch a bit and slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment before you move back into your day.
Allow the message on the whiteboard to remain at the back of your mind.
