Let's start right here.

Right in the middle of whatever swirl your brain is doing.

You don't have to calm down.

You don't have to clear your mind.

You just have to notice.

That's it.

Notice.

Imagine your thoughts as headlines on a news ticker.

Constantly scrolling.

Planning,

Remembering,

Regretting,

Replaying,

Solving.

Let them roll.

You're not here to stop them.

You're just here to sit back and watch.

You're the observer now.

The one who notices the story but not the one tangled in it.

See if you can name what's showing up without grabbing it.

Oh,

There's that old worry again.

Here's a flash of motivation.

Cool.

Random memory from seventh grade.

Yep,

That tracks.

Just label it and let it pass by like clouds drifting by.

If you're fidgety,

Cool.

Let it happen.

If your brain is bouncing between to-do lists and forgotten texts,

That's alright.

You're not broken.

You're just tuned into a high-frequency channel.

This meditation isn't about changing the channel.

It's about turning down the volume long enough to hear yourself think.

Now zoom out a little further.

You're not just the thoughts.

You're the space they move through.

You're not the chaos.

You're the container.

The witness.

The you behind the doing.

Right here in this moment,

You don't have to solve anything.

You're not behind.

You're not failing.

You're simply observing.

Feel that?

That's presence.

That's you.

Not striving.

Not reaching.

Just being aware.

Stay with that for a moment.

Noticing.

Labeling.

Letting go.

And when you're ready,

No rush,

Just remind yourself,

I can come back to this place anytime.

I don't need to escape my mind.

I just need to remember,

I am the observer.
