Hello my dear,
This guided meditation is intended to help you connect with your higher mind.
So to begin,
Making yourself comfortable,
Gently closing your eyes and take a few slow,
Deep breaths.
Let go and relax.
Bring your awareness to the bottom of your feet.
Let your breath help you as you begin to allow the relaxing energy to flow up through the bottom of your feet.
Gently and slowly work your way up your calves,
Your thighs,
Your abdomen,
Chest,
Your fingers,
Hands,
Arms,
Shoulders,
Your neck,
Face,
Right up to the top of your head.
Now at the top of your head,
I want you to imagine and to pretend to the best of your ability,
There's a great big funnel starting to take shape and this funnel reaches out into the universe.
Think of it as a vortex of energy reaching upward.
Let your awareness flow up and out of your head and into this funnel that is opening up above you.
All the information you want can now be accessed and brought to you.
Perhaps you could imagine a shimmering ball or a cloud of white light above this funnel.
Now reach up,
Reach up with your mind as if you're floating and merging with this brilliant,
Sparkling white light.
Slowly and gently merge yourself into the space as you continue to reach up and out of your body with your mind.
Take a few moments with this energy and feel what it's like to be calm,
Centred and to be at one with your higher mind.
At this point you may wish to ask your higher mind a question.
For example,
Is there someone you'd like to get along with but you're not sure how to do that?
Is there a question about your job or your career that you need some guidance on?
Are you wondering what's stopping you from reaching your goals?
You could even ask if there's something your intuition has been trying to tell you.
Ask your higher mind how you can be more receptive when it's trying to communicate with you.
You may want to ask something like,
What steps can I take to improve my life and spiritual development?
Just ask one question at a time and wait for a response.
Take whatever answers come to you.
You might receive a symbol,
Some words,
An inner knowing or just a feeling.
Don't be surprised if your higher mind also chooses to make known an area of your life that you might be neglecting in some way.
Sometimes you don't get what you've asked for but you do get what you need.
Remember what you've received so you can bring the information and the answers back to your conscious mind.
Now it's time to bring your awareness back into your body.
You'll be able to go back to this special place anytime you wish.
So slowly take a breath in.
Let it help you in coming back to the present.
Feel yourself shifting down into your body,
Entering through that open funnel.
Move your fingers and toes,
Gently opening your eyes to become fully aware of your body and the room around you.
Don't worry if you feel like you didn't receive any answers or guidance.
You may get the answer another way or even a day or two later or it may be even come from someone else unexpectedly.
Be open and let your higher mind speak to you in all its various ways.
It's a great idea to keep a journal handy for when you come out of this meditation or this type of meditation so you can take time to interpret and contemplate the words,
The feelings,
The symbols and what they mean specifically for you.
You will know when your higher mind is speaking and answering your questions because you will feel a sense of smoothness,
Love,
Compassion with what you're receiving.
It will often feel like you've always known what you're receiving.
It's just been hidden from your conscious viewpoint in some way.
The answers will not sound like your regular mind chatter.
Any information you may receive from your higher mind will always be of a positive and loving nature.
So if you're unsure,
A great question to ask yourself is,
Is this coming to me or from me?
This guided meditation can be used as a mini meditation anytime you need to,
Especially during stressful times in your life when you might need an intuitive solution.
I encourage you to get into the habit of shifting up and accessing your higher mind at least once a day and you can do it in your own best way.
This practice is intended to help you craft your own best way to connect with your higher mind.
With practice you'll be able to seek insightful guidance at any time and anywhere you are.
