I trust my inner knowing.

Through this meditation we will explore the third eye chakra,

Dignified purple in color and your center of intuition.

Find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair or lie down.

Align yourself so you feel connected with what's underneath you and at ease in your body.

Place your fingertips on the space between your eyebrows slightly above the bridge of your nose.

Imagine a layered indigo purple color in this part of your body.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Listen to these words as I speak them.

Let them roll through your mind effortlessly.

I trust my inner knowing.

I am intuitive.

I can creatively visualize my future with no attachment to it.

I am comfortable in my own company.

I am comfortable sitting in silence.

I am connected to a sense of spirituality.

I meet people where they are at without judgment.

I am compassionate.

I lean into my deepest wisdom to make decisions.

Now listen to the sounds of knowing.

Listen to the sounds of knowing.

Listen to the sounds of knowing.

Listen to the sounds of knowing.

Learning to listen to and trust your intuitive self or your gut instinct is possibly one of the hardest things to embrace because very often we are externally referenced.

We commonly look to others to validate the choices we make or to instruct the path we should take or to give us feedback on our actions and accomplishments.

We are all connected and what we do will affect those around us so it seems natural to seek approval from our friends,

Family,

Teachers,

And the wider community on social media.

When we do this we are potentially selling ourselves short and giving away the opportunity to be the best version of ourselves,

To express our talents,

And to be of greatest service to the world.

You may not fulfill your family's expectations of you,

And it may not be what your friends are doing with their lives,

But don't throw away what you intrinsically know to be the truth of your deepest expression.

Trust.

Trust your higher self to make wise choices and to behave in a way that does not cause harm to you or to those around you.

Trust your deepest knowing to choose your path into the future.

I have a deep sense of purpose in life.

I am not easily distracted.

I see beyond mistruths,

Lies,

And pretense.

I am empathetic and understanding of what others are experiencing.

I seek to serve the greater good of all beings,

Human beings,

Animals,

And plants.

When I make wise choices,

I appreciate what I do to benefit the world will in turn benefit me.

I operate from a place of wisdom and I understand the law of nature.

I trust my inner knowing.

Repeat this mantra softly in the back of your mind for the next few minutes.

I trust my inner knowing.

When your mind wanders,

Effortlessly come back to the mantra.

I'll mind the time and let you know when it's time to come out.

Rest your body.

Quieten your mind.

Fill your heart.

Repeat.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

I trust my inner knowing with effortless ease.

Gently begin to awaken.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Take a breath in.

And perhaps sigh out through the mouth.

Take another intuitive breath.

Continue to deepen your breath as you begin to move your body slowly.

Take another full breath in and a long breath out.

And when you're ready,

Move consciously into your intuitive day.
