I am grounded.
Through this meditation,
We will explore the base chakra,
Energizing red in color and your center of grounding.
Find a comfortable seat on the floor or on a chair or lie down.
Align yourself so you feel connected with what's underneath you and at ease in your body.
Place your hand on your tailbone or sacrum or on the front of your pelvis.
Imagine a vibrant,
Flaming red color in this part of your body.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Listen to these words as I speak them.
Let them roll through your mind effortlessly.
I am grounded.
I feel safe.
I am at ease in my body.
I am open to change.
I am willing to let go of that which does not serve me.
I have time.
I have space.
I know how to connect with nature.
I feel Mother Earth supporting me.
Now,
Listen to the sounds of nature.
Woo hoo.
Woo hoo.
Breathe in the beauty that surrounds you,
Even if it's in your imagination.
Appreciate the different forms nature takes,
The waves rolling across the shore,
The birds singing from the treetops,
Insects scurrying across the rainforest floor,
Your cat winding her way between your legs,
The quiet that pervades the depths of the ocean floor,
The limitless blue sky,
The vast expanse of outer space,
The space within you.
Mother Nature lives within you.
You are always connected to her gracious power.
I am connected to nature.
I feel stable.
I have enough.
I am able to provide security for myself.
I am healthy.
I enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
I am thriving.
I am home.
I am grounded.
Repeat this mantra softly in the back of your mind for the next few minutes.
I am grounded.
When your mind wanders,
Effortlessly come back to the mantra.
I'll mind the time and let you know when it's time to come out.
Rest your body.
Quiet in your mind.
Fill your heart.
Repeat.
I am grounded with effortless ease.
I am grounded.
I am healthy.
I am grounded.
I am healthy.
I am grounded.
I am healthy.
I am grounded.
I am healthy.
I am healthy.
I am healthy.
Gently begin to awaken.
Keep your eyes closed.
Take a breath in.
And perhaps a sigh out through your mouth.
Take another grounding breath.
Continue to deepen your breath as you begin to move your body slowly.
Take another full breath in.
And a long breath out.
And when you're ready,
Move consciously into your grounded day.
