We will explore the sacral chakra,
Rejuvenating orange in color and your center of creativity.
Find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair or lie down.
Align yourself so you feel connected with what's underneath you and at ease in your body.
Place your hand on the space right below the belly button.
Imagine a warm,
Layered orange color in this part of your body.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Listen to these words as I speak them.
Let them roll through your mind effortlessly.
I am creative.
I am graceful.
I am spontaneous.
I am healthy.
I feel my emotional landscape and ride the waves.
I communicate my feelings clearly with those around me.
I make conscious choices.
I am not afraid to dance with creative inspiration.
Now listen to the sounds of creativity.

Acknowledge that creativity births more creativity.
Say yes.
Let the yes resound in your body.
