I am creative.

Through this meditation,

We will explore the sacral chakra,

Rejuvenating orange in color and your center of creativity.

Find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair or lie down.

Align yourself so you feel connected with what's underneath you and at ease in your body.

Place your hand on the space right below the belly button.

Imagine a warm,

Layered orange color in this part of your body.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Listen to these words as I speak them.

Let them roll through your mind effortlessly.

I am creative.

I am graceful.

I am spontaneous.

I am healthy.

I feel my emotional landscape and ride the waves.

I communicate my feelings clearly with those around me.

I make conscious choices.

I am not afraid to dance with creative inspiration.

Now listen to the sounds of creativity.

I am creative.

I am graceful.

I am spontaneous.

I am happy.

I am graceful.

I am happy.

I am happy.

I am happy.

I am happy.

Be at home in creativity in any form it takes.

To cook,

Craft,

Write,

Paint,

Draw,

To play music,

To design,

Knit,

Dance,

To sing out loud.

Let your creative voice be heard.

Ask yourself if you are willing to allow a small window of time every day for creativity.

Acknowledge that creativity births more creativity.

Say yes.

Let the yes resound in your body.

I step into my creative spirit.

I appreciate failure is part of every process and will enable me to grow.

I have a healthy relationship with rejection.

I embrace change.

I have healthy boundaries.

I know my deserving power.

I move in the direction of my dreams,

Grounded in reality.

I embrace imperfect action.

I am who I want to be.

I am creative.

Repeat this mantra softly in the back of your mind for the next few minutes.

I am creative.

When your mind wanders,

Effortlessly come back to the mantra.

I'll mind the time and let you know when it's time to come out.

Rest your body.

Quieten your mind.

Fill your heart.

Repeat.

I am creative with effortless ease.

I am creative.

Gently begin to awaken.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Take a breath in and perhaps a sigh out through your mouth.

Take another awakening breath.

Continue to deepen your breath as you begin to move your body slowly.

Take another full breath in and a long breath out.

When you're ready,

Move consciously into your creative day.
