This is Vacation of the Mind with Zen That Beat bringing to you a mindful breathing meditation.

I would like to invite you to get into a comfortable seated position or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Rest your tongue behind your bottom teeth.

Begin to bring all of your awareness to your breath as you inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Bringing all of your attention and awareness to your inhale and your exhale.

Releasing all of your attention and awareness to the inhale through your nose and your exhale through your nose.

Allowing the air to fully fill your lungs with each inhale that you take.

And as you exhale you fully release all of the air,

Letting it all go.

Not judging your breath,

Not forcing your breath,

But just allowing it to be as you bring all of your attention and awareness to your inhale and your exhale.

Feeling your abdomen rise with each inhale and fall with each exhale.

Allowing your body to relax.

Using your self-permission to unplug and reset as you focus all of your attention and awareness to your inhale and your exhale.

And on your next inhale,

Begin to align the inhale with the exhale for a count of four.

As we inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Bringing this internally for a few moments as you count on your own.

Letting your breath to flow.

That's beautiful.

And on your next inhale you see a purple balloon sitting inside of your abdomen.

As you inhale,

The balloon expands.

And as you exhale,

The balloon contracts,

Fully releasing all of the air.

Bringing all of your attention and awareness to this purple balloon sitting inside of your abdomen.

As you inhale,

The balloon expands.

And as you exhale,

The balloon fully contracts,

Releasing all of the air.

And bringing this internally for a few moments as you create a rhythm and a flow with your inhale and your exhale.

The expansion of the balloon.

The contraction of the balloon.

The expansion of the balloon.

That's a great job.

When you are ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

With a soft smile on your face,

You can open your eyes and come back to the room that you're sitting or lying in.

Thank you for taking a vacation of the mind.
