Hi everyone this is Vishnu and today the topic we're going to discuss the right way of chanting AUM.

Normally whoever practice yoga meditation you are very familiar with the word AUM,

The chanting,

The mantra,

The mahamantra,

The pranava mantra and this mantra normally we repeat AUM but actually it is splitted into three letters.

First is A then U then M.

This all three letters together we chant AUM.

So A is vibrating the lower energy centers,

U it's stimulating and activating the middle energy centers means chakras and M is activating the higher energy centers the chakras.

So when you repeat AUM it's stimulating the entire energy channels the nadis which is connected to 72 000 nadis which is connected to all the energy channels it's called chakras.

It's become more penetrated more active and is vibrating a higher frequency and the positive prana the energy flow increases and stimulate the entire nervous system and it's also very effective when you're chanting you feel fresh you feel something regeneration happened but you have to chant in a proper way.

So we we can do one simple chanting together so we start with A then U we repeat U U then we repeat M and you can whenever you're chanting AUM you can always observe the vibration where you're feeling you can when you repeat AUM you can feel the vibration of the lower energy centers the lower part of the body and U we can feel it on the heart and throat chakras and you can always feel the vibration on the brain you can also feel the stimulation on the third eye and the crown chakra.

Now we can repeat all three letters together so that's the right way of chanting AUM okay let's chant together inhale deeply and exhale with AUM again inhale AUM AUM again one more time so inhale and exhale with AUM okay we repeated three times you can repeat 108 times and it's of numerous benefits and you can feel really a vibration within yourself when you chant in a right way it's of a huge effect it's not just AUM it is AUM so you need to feel that vibration in your body in your mind you can feel it the vibration when you chant and that's how it's have a maximum benefits you can get with the mantra yoga we call it mantra yoga when you're chanting the yoga uniting with the supreme soul when you keep repeating it's stimulating and you can notice that AUM when you repeat your tongue doesn't move these are the three letters when you are your tongue doesn't move the tongue doesn't move and your tongue doesn't move so all the other sounds which is created with our tongue it's starting from whenever moving the thumb up and down or side and that's the speciality of this AUM because you doesn't you can repeat even a person have some speaking problems still that person can repeat AUM okay it's also very effective so you can start repeat and let me know with your comments thank you and see you with the next talk

I loved learning about this instead of just robotically following the yoga teacher. I felt it very clearly in the lower middle upper areas. Is there a way to DM you? I would like to know more about nadisโ€ฆ maybe you could do a short talk on this please? Also, I donโ€™t have mala beads. Where do I buy them? Can I make them? Or is it a special kind of wood? Finally, would you consider doing a recording of 108 OM so I can chant with you daily? THANK YOU! I attended your class this morning and ABSOLUTELY LOVED how much I learned.
