I think we'll pick up a little bit,

I believe it was last week,

A notion of five boundaries.

And just taking a moment in each of these possible awarenesses to summon a little bit of presence and perhaps an attitude of awareness and relaxation.

And so we'll just begin giving our awareness a little bit of credit and appreciation as it flows,

Just to accept its cycles and its.

.

.

The way that it has come to be as it stands.

Perhaps allowing a sense of appreciation for that really center of what we are.

Noticing its attractions and avoidances,

Which may have come to be for many different reasons,

But to really accept.

And for the first boundary or spatial awareness to just acknowledge the room that we're in,

This may mean looking around or just letting the eyes open up in a wide vision,

Soft,

Wide vision.

But also to notice the exchange of air in the breath and the sound of the air in the space,

A panoramic experience of sound.

Even if it's the most silent of rooms,

There's a particular thing to be heard.

And whatever those impressions are,

Not to engage them as a task,

But just to accept perhaps even summon a sense of goodwill into the air,

Which does channel out into the world.

Everything we give in our exhalation might be taken by anything alive anywhere in the planet,

According to one of my friends.

Perhaps too there's some loving person who's breathed and we're taking in something from that air as well that's found its way into our space.

And then bringing that awareness a little bit closer in just to one's personal space.

And this really truly could be said to be one's personal atmosphere,

Just to acknowledge and accept and bring about perhaps that sense of our atmosphere as we wish it to be.

That personal space.

For some,

This is defined by what we could reach out and touch all around us.

And in truth,

It's part of our birthright.

The space is something that's ours,

Where few things might be called truly that.

And then coming one stage further in to the boundary of our skin.

For some,

This boundary might be easily approached by taking a part of the body and just perhaps the face just noticing the impression of the air on the face.

And perhaps that can spread to the throat or around the scalp and the neck.

And perhaps down the torso and the chest and the solar plexus.

Right down through the pelvic floor where we sit or lie down.

However the body may find this boundary,

Again,

To some extent,

Blending in perhaps that sense of acceptance.

That softening that comes from caring about what's inside.

And then from this inside,

The outer muscles of the body within the skin to bring the awareness into our inner world of thoughts and feelings,

Which are to some extent determined perhaps in a longer moment from many different sources or something very immediate.

But to whatever is felt there or imagined in our thinking,

Remembered or projected.

Again,

To bring this sense of acceptance.

To allow it the permission to relax.

And then perhaps it's possible to go even deeper still.

Perhaps this is understandably vague,

But in some way to bring oneself to one's heart of hearts,

Really the source of everything that one strives from.

Perhaps where one knows these higher emotions like love,

Certainty,

Gentleness.

And just to allow oneself to be in the presence of that space,

To give oneself permission to be there.
