This is an affirmative healing session designed to invite you to align higher states of relationships,
Meeting those states within.
Beginning with your breath,
Inviting your breath inward to explore your entire being and with your exhale,
Breathing out and releasing,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
I'd like you with your next breath to go deeper,
Deep,
Deep inhale and holding for one,
Two,
Three,
Exhale and again deep breath inward all the way into the tips of your toes,
Breathing outward,
Just being aware of your thoughts as clouds across your inner sky gently drifting and there is a sun behind those clouds focusing on that sun light of your consciousness,
Breathing in that sunlight,
Breathing out and begin by tuning in to your soul presence,
The eternity within,
Just knowing by intending to tune into your soul,
You invite your soul presence to the forefront of your consciousness.
For this session we call in supreme compassion manifesting here as soft golden streams of light that descend down from the heavens,
The light of source,
The light of absolute acceptance and as this descends we open up the energy body by opening up the chakras as you breathe in,
Feeling this column of light moving up and down your spine as you focus on this light,
Focusing upon it opening as it opens all of your chakras opening up as flowers,
Your root chakra,
The base of your spine,
Sacral chakra,
Solar plexus,
Heart chakra,
Throat chakra,
Eye chakra,
All of them flowering open and this column of light reaching down into the earth,
Ground to connect using your breath to honor this sacred opening,
Sacred awakening of yourself and taking a moment to tune into this relationship that you have with yourself,
Taking your awareness to the inner realms as you see yourself standing in an open temple,
Pillars of light around you rising up into the heavens,
It is moving in these pillars,
Pulsating,
Holding space around you,
Sacred space,
Here we connect to your higher self and ask to invite all the souls that your higher self wishes to be present here,
Souls from your soul family,
Those you have interacted with across your journey as one by one beautiful lights begin to materialize around you,
These are souls from across your entire journey and as they enter they enter with the innocence of all souls beyond human stories,
Beyond personalities,
You are standing in the center with all of these souls around you,
Call in divine grace as the heavens above you begin to brighten and glow and illuminate,
Light brightens and brightens and brightens from above and a shower of crystallized light begins to fall,
Descending upon all of you,
As it falls it helps you soften into the unified heart field,
Your heart opens as you connect to your soul heart,
Your soul love,
Your soul knowingness,
As you do you notice there is a glow in the hearts of all the souls around you,
As they too are connecting to their soul heart,
Their soul love and knowingness,
Streams of light begin to flow between the souls and you,
You and them,
As you recognize you are communicating with them on a soul level,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
As this beautiful communication occurs,
Sensing the immense honor playing a sacred character in one another's play,
One another's sacred life,
As the light flows between you all,
You each begin to communicate with one another on a soul level,
Communication is beyond the mind,
It is the language of the heart,
Of the soul,
The crystallized light that is descending begins to subtly shift and grace offers the supreme frequency forgiveness,
This soft nurturing light showers upon all with its treasure to transform and elevate,
As this frequency of forgiveness descends,
There is no need to even forgive,
This is about surrendering to the teaching of forgiveness,
To do its work through you,
With you,
For you,
As you do you begin to open up to the teachings behind the stories and experiences you have had,
Connecting deeper on a soul level,
Taking in the treasures and opening up to your mystical infinite nature as a soul on a monumental journey,
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Divine grace above begins to subtly shift again,
As a golden light descends,
Showering,
Streaming,
It offers the gift of softening any shields to love,
Honoring those shields as part of the story,
The sacred story,
Yet offering here liberation,
Freeing the heart,
Freeing the story into a new story,
Allowing the parts that are ready to be released be dissolved in the sublime frequency,
In this space you may wish to repeat after me or allow these words,
I open to love,
I open my heart,
I open my heart to learn what love is,
I open my eyes,
I open my ears to love,
I open my ideas,
Open my beliefs,
I open to be challenged by love,
I open to be transformed by love,
I open to be elevated by love,
I open to love,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
As here a great stream of pure unfiltered love descends from the heavens,
Divine love,
Sacred love,
Gentle,
Yet its purity moves through all,
Dissolves all in its wake,
As you surrender yourself to divine love,
It enters into your being,
Permeating,
Surrounding,
Holding,
Take a deep breath in and a loud in,
Deep breath out,
Rippling outwards,
Using your breath to receive,
Allowing it to dissolve any barriers to love,
As you return to love,
We ask for the supreme golden light to pour through your heart,
So you may feel the love of source through your soul,
Allow you to experience your own love,
Allow yourself to radiate this outwards as a fountain,
Rippling out in all directions,
To humanity,
To the earth,
To all creatures,
All beings,
Feel the beauty in giving,
This is your blessing,
The natural desire of the heart to give and receive,
Taking your awareness back to the souls all around you,
As you recognize that you are supporting one another and returning to love and reflecting back to one another,
To love who you are,
Who you are and become more of who you are and now offering a blessing to all of these souls,
Part of your sacred story,
Regardless of the experience,
Yourself,
Honor the story,
Evolve your story,
Move in to new stories,
Taking your hand to place upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
Taking a deep deep breath in and deep deep breath out,
As you bring your awareness into yourself,
Journeying back into your body,
Taking this gift of connection and knowing this ripple outwards of blessing,
Placing your hand upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and bringing your awareness back into your body,
Integrating this experience,
Recording it within you,
Every cell singing this vibration,
You are connected,
