I AM Healing - Affirmational Prayer

This is an affirmative healing prayer to call in Healing, Restoration, Rejuvenation for your sacred physical body. This session invites in healing light as well as establishing intentional statements through your field and consciousness that You are Healing. Hereby moving into this frequency of Healing and Recovery. Use this if you are experiencing any health issues or wish to strengthen your relationship with your Physical Health.

Namaste. Let us begin with a breath, Taking a deep in-breath and breathing out slowly. Take a deep inhale and breathing out. Deep breath in, Filling your lungs with life force, Prana. Deep breath out as we begin. Every cell within my being is regenerating. As I breathe, I breathe pure white light into my cells. I ask for the great fountain of eternal purity to shower me with sacred restoration. I receive. I receive. I receive. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. I release what my body does not wish to carry. I allow the healing streams of source to flow through me and dissolve, Release, Transmute any toxins, Dis-ease and density. I release. I release. I release. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. I tune into my beautiful, Sacred physical vessel. In this moment, I choose to see my body in its natural, Perfected state. Everything is flowing and functioning in absolute harmony. My body is healing. I am healing. I ask my cells, Organs, Bodily systems to communicate with one another effortlessly. I ask for the great white light to enter my field and permeate every level of my physical body. Take a deep breath in and breathing out. In this moment, I call upon the divine to support me with these statements, Echoing my free will. I am healing. I am regenerating. I am rejuvenating. I am revitalizing. I am restoring. I am returning. I am becoming. I am birthing. I am vitality. I am energized. I am harmonizing. I am balancing. I am synchronizing. I am healing. I visualize my cells filled with divine light. I call upon this sacred healing force to meet all areas of my physical, Emotional, Mental and spiritual bodies. To locate any area within me that is asking for healing, To be filled with restoration and rejuvenation. I invite the nurturing love of supreme compassion to bathe me with layers upon layers of healing and recovery. I receive. Take a deep breath in and breathing out. I smile into my body. I smile into my organs. I smile into my cells. I smile into my being. I honor my sacred physical vessel for all that it gives to me and all that it offers to me. Namaste. Thank you.
