Atlantis Soul Awakening - Guided Journey

This is an esoteric journey for those interested in exploring their multidimensional connection to Atlantis. This ancient civilization is said to have been the peak of human advancement, with an understanding of practically applying the energies of the Universe. Atlantis also carries a symbol within humanity's psyche relating to Power. This guided session takes you on a journey to meet an Atlantean spirit guide in consciousness for healing and multidimensional soul awakening.

Let us begin by taking awareness to where you are in this moment.

Right here,

And as you do so,

Focusing on your breath,

Breathing in,

All the way through to the tips of your toes,

Breathing out slowly.

And as you breathe,

Extending the exhale,

Allowing the exhale to be longer than the inhale,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Slowing down.

And as you do so,

Slowing down your rhythm,

Slowing down your connection to time itself,

And connecting with each moment to the timelessness of this moment here.

And as you focus on your breath,

We ask Source to emit a crystal field of protection and divine light to completely surround you,

Feeling this dome of light,

Pure protection,

Holding space,

Feeling safe and supported within this crystal field.

And we take our awareness to Mother Earth just beneath,

Taking awareness to Gaia,

Breathing up from Gaia,

Breathing up Gaia's Earth energy,

Directly into your root chakra,

And as you take awareness to your root chakra,

We ask it to grow,

Glow and expand with intention,

As we begin to open up the chakras one by one.

Moving up to your sacral chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your solar plexus,

Breathing up this energy,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your heart center,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Breathing up to your throat center,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your third eye,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

And moving up to your crown,

On top of your head,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

And sensing the crown,

Naturally opening up thousands of people to a lotus.

And as it does,

It activates the ball of light just above your head.

This ball of divine light,

Sacred love.

Feeling that energy pour down through your crown,

Into your head,

Down each of the chakras,

And additionally filling up your body,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs.

And as it travels all the way through your root,

We ask you to activate the Earth Star Chakra,

Etherically embedded in Mother Earth,

Feeling this connection above and below heaven and earth.

I'd like you to take your hand to your heart center in the middle of your chest.

Just placing it there for a moment,

As you set the intention with your soul,

To receive the ancient memories,

Gifts,

New knowledge and wisdom from the Atlantean civilization,

All serving your highest purpose and expansion.

And breathing into your body,

Visualizing the light in your heart center,

Spreading across your chest,

Moving up and down your body,

As you invoke your soul presence,

Your divine I Am presence.

And gently relaxing your hand away from your heart center.

I'd like you to visualize a beautiful beach,

As you look down upon your toes,

You see you're standing upon the sand,

Feeling the soft sand against your feet,

As you become aware of the ocean air,

A warm breeze against your skin.

As you look ahead,

You see a gentle ocean,

Slow lapping waves against the shore.

Each of these waves washes through your being,

Settling,

Harmonizing,

Purifying,

Centering,

Clearing,

Just allowing yourself to become at one with the element of water.

And as you look at the sky above,

You observe beautiful constellations,

Stars,

And a ripple in colors higher above,

As we connect to the planetary light grids surrounding Mother Earth.

As we intentionally connect to the light grids,

We're beginning to see them materialize a beautiful geometric grid of light in the heavens,

This bridge between the higher realms of awakening and ascension energies,

And this realm.

Here we ask to connect to the ancient civilization of Atlantis,

When it was at its peak spiritual development.

The constellations above begin to move and change subtly,

And a gentle shower of light begins to fall from the light grids.

It has a beautiful ancient quality,

And is slowly shifting the vibration all around you.

As you look along the beach,

You see it winding along into the distance,

And you notice an immense archway.

It has a sacred ancient feel to it,

And you begin not walking towards it.

The closer you approach it,

You become more and more aware of its magnitude.

As you only do approach it,

You see ancient stone with a beautiful unknown languid etched into the stone.

As you stand before it,

The archway seems to recognize you,

And this light language begins to activate and gently glow.

Within the archway,

A liquid-like substance materializes.

It is a beautiful veil that is shimmering with light.

You feel naturally drawn towards it.

It yearns for you.

And so you put one foot through,

And then move through with your whole body.

As soon as you walk through the archway,

You immediately sense you are in a beautiful different dimension of consciousness.

There is grass and nature around you,

Yet it has a different energy to it.

This place feels very sacred,

Yet deeply familiar.

There is a winding path leading from the archway into the distance.

You begin to follow this path,

And you notice around you orbs of light dancing and playfully following you.

The path leads you towards a hill.

As you walk up this hill,

On the top are pillars of liquid light,

Vibrating,

Pulsating with wonder and intelligence.

This is the sacred temple of your soul.

Here,

You tune in and connect to the planetary light grids again,

As a mystical energy begins to fall all around you.

This energy raising your vibration and awakening your inner senses.

As you walk onto the temple floor,

You sense the pillars of light around you begin to tune into your soul vibration.

The pillars of light begin to vibrate,

Emitting a glimmering energy and high vibrational light,

Colour and sound.

This vibrational energy completely encases you in a rainbow coloured crystalline dome of light.
