This is a meditation to detach from thoughts and emotions perhaps following a difficult situation or experience. This can be used as a re-centering meditation to take a step back and step above the situation. Giving space to thoughts and emotions so you can breathe back into your rhythm. This is a brief meditation so it can be used in the moment to recalibrate. (I have other meditations to process thoughts and emotions themselves).

Let us begin with the breath beginning with where you're at in this moment as you use your breath to sanctify this moment bring your awareness here,

Now beginning by honoring the emotions that are present conscious and unconscious they are real,

Genuine knowing you will find the time and space to honor them appropriately allow your emotions to be as you remember you are not your emotions you are the one observing your emotions take a deep cleansing breath in and a long exhale releasing take a deep purifying breath in and a long exhale surrendering observe your thoughts allow your thoughts to be as you remember you are not your thoughts you are the one observing your thoughts take a deep cleansing breath in and a long exhale releasing a deep purifying breath in and a long exhale surrendering here tuning into your heart center as you honor your greatest teacher within connecting with your soul as you ask to connect to this situation experience from a higher place of awareness from a place of non-reactivity so you can see more clearly understand more fully learn more deeply your story is sacred yet you are not your story you are timeless this moment is another moment in your endless stories breathing in peace and breathing out peace Namaste
