A short breathing exercise using visualisation as a circuit breaker or stress-buster during the day. Imagine breathing in pure, white light and exhaling black negative smoke. This easy practice allows us to reset our nervous system quickly by mentally exhaling any unhelpful negativity or worries, replacing them with a cleansing white light.
