Welcome!
I'm Vanessa Loader and this guided meditation is designed to help you tend to your precious heart and also connect with the wisdom and guidance that's available when you're tuned into your heart center.
In times of stress or difficulty,
We often forget to tend to our own precious hearts,
Which are hurting and in need of extra tenderness and love.
This guided meditation will help you hold yourself and your heart with love and compassion.
So taking a moment,
Finding yourself in a comfortable,
Seated position,
And allowing your eyes to gently close.
You can even take a few deep breaths if you want to take a deep inhale and have an audible exhale.
Let it go.
Letting it all go.
Just imagine that you're letting it all go.
With each inhale,
Visualizing or imagining that you're inhaling a calm,
Peaceful energy.
And as you exhale,
Imagine that you're exhaling the crazy,
Releasing some of the tension,
The drama,
The pain,
The overwhelm,
The intensity of all the things that are happening in the world or in your day-to-day life.
Just letting some of that go,
Releasing it from your system with each exhale.
Sometimes I like to wiggle my whole body as I exhale and release some of this tension or overwhelm.
Inhaling tranquility and calm.
And as you exhale,
Releasing what is no longer serving you.
And as you begin to slow down just a little bit,
Getting still and quiet,
I invite you to connect with your heart center.
It can help to put your hand over your heart.
Today we'll be calling on Saint Germain and the Violet Flame,
Acting in our highest good,
To join us.
I'd like for you to visualize or imagine that there is this beautiful violet flame in your heart center.
And this violet flame clears out any low vibration energy from your heart chakra.
It illuminates your whole heart center in this beautiful violet light,
Pulsing with the light.
Taking a few breaths,
Allow yourself to release or let go of any pain or low vibration energy that's been in your heart.
Imagine it simply dissolving in the violet flame with ease.
You may even say to yourself,
Scoot,
Ski-daddle,
Get on out of here.
We don't need to hold on to that.
We don't need this anymore.
Imagine this violet flame is purifying your heart center.
Clearing out the cobwebs,
Clearing out the dust,
Clearing out the darkness,
The pain,
The overwhelm,
As your whole heart now becomes illuminated with this beautiful violet flame.
And you feel so calm,
So peaceful,
So connected to your heart center.
Holding your heart tenderly,
I like to even imagine my heart is sort of hanging or swinging or being held in this little hammock made of interlaced light.
So whatever image works for you to imagine that you're holding your heart with tenderness and love.
See if you can connect even more fully with your heart center.
Perhaps there's a question you'd like to float across your awareness and have your heart center answer it.
Take a moment and ask your heart any question you'd like to at this time.
You may hear the wisdom as words or images,
Symbols,
Or just a feeling that you get.
And if you don't feel like you can connect with an answer,
That's just fine too.
If you'd like,
You can ask your heart center,
What do I need?
How can I tend to my precious heart during these times of uncertainty?
Sense if there's something that you can do or feel or imagine right now in this moment to tend to yourself,
To your precious self and to your heart.
Perhaps it's simply imagining that you're holding your heart in love.
How can you tend to your heart center right now in this moment?
What do you need?
What does your heart need?
Visualizing or imagining that your heart center is now filled with this beautiful violet light and it wants even more space to expand and grow,
Giving it more room,
Letting it stretch out,
Letting it feel supported and encouraged.
Like,
Yeah,
There's room to grow.
There's room to make space.
Allowing the violet light perhaps to fill your whole chest and your upper back,
Flowing into the back of your heart as well as it stretches out and expands.
And now call to mind something that you'd like to bring more of your heart center to.
This could be an aspect of your work,
A project at work.
This could be a relationship,
A specific person that you want to show up more fully with a bigger heart.
Visualize or imagine your heart filled with this violet light in this really expanded and grounded place where your heart feels really held and taken care of and you're doing this thing,
This project at work or interacting with this person,
This relationship,
And you're coming to it with your whole heart.
Just notice how it's different when you show up connected to your heart center.
And perhaps choosing one other example,
A project at work,
A conversation that you know you're going to be having or a hobby or another person or relationship,
And then taking a moment to again visualize or imagine yourself showing up in that circumstance connected to your heart center,
Coming with your whole heart.
What would that look like,
I wonder?
What would that feel like?
And how would that be received?
And then once again coming back to yourself and your needs,
Visualizing or imagining that you're really connected to you,
To your heart center,
That you're tending to your precious heart.
And as you tend to your heart,
I invite you to float this question in your own awareness.
Hmm,
What wants to happen in my life right now?
Staying connected to your heart,
Imagining this beautiful violet light filling your whole heart center,
As you ask yourself,
Hmm,
What wants to happen in my life right now?
Visualize or imagine doing something for yourself as you tend to your heart,
Taking care of yourself with your whole heart.
What does that look like or feel like?
Perhaps it looks like going to bed early and right before you turn off the light,
Thinking about how you're doing this as an act of love to tend to your heart,
To your needs.
Take a moment and imagine yourself doing something to tend to your needs.
As that feels complete,
Coming back to this present time and space,
Staying connected to your heart center,
As you begin to feel the support of the chair or the floor beneath you,
Noticing any sounds inside the room or outside the room.
As you're ready,
Allowing your eyes to gently open.
When you hear the bell,
Feel like you can sit a little longer,
Staying connected to your heart center and imagining what else you might want to do to tend to your own needs during this time.
Namaste.
